Great location. Amazing staff.

Extremely friendly and attentive staff. Special thanks to Selcuk, Huseyin, Elias, Aslan for being extra nice and helpful, and making us feel at home. The breakfast buffet included so many options, both Turkish and international. Showers were nice and hot, the a/c works perfectly. Perfect location in walking distance from Hagia Sofia and Blue Mosque. Plus, it just ip the street form a long avenue filled with restaurants, coffee shops, bars, candy shops, and all sorts of stores for shopping. Very charming and quaint. We loved it.

Great location, close to all the main sites. The staff are amazing, Ilias and Aslan make sure that you have a great stay. They arranged for my airport transfers. They are eating places shops close by, I would definitely come back here.

Elias took care of everything. He arranged our airport transfer, checked us in, gave us directions for our activities, a head scarf for the mosques, brought our luggage to the room and booked us a taxi home. The hotel is in a quiet / hilly neighborhood off the main drag so it is peaceful and everything is easy to get to. Delicious dinner at My Terrace (top level seating with a view) up the street, pls ty if shops and all the big sites about 10-12 minutes by foot. The hotel is spotless, the locally inspired Turkish breakfast is different and very sufficient with coffee and water as well. Beds are super comfortable. Pillows, not so much. :( Shower and water pressure great! Everything you need including a kettle and hairdryer and phone and safe and fridge is in your room. If you are also a solo traveler, this is a great place for you! Quite a bargain with. Breakfast included and the AC works great!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this quaint, clean hotel. Elias was kind and very helpful with a map and information when we arrived. Breakfast was good and plentiful. I loved the area and close proximity to many sites, -but there are hills to climb. We are happy to recommend this hotel.

I don’t normally leave reviews and I travel the world for pleasure and work. I must say this is one of the friendliest hotels I’ve ever been to. The staff went to the ends of the earth to make my stay as nice and comfortable as possible. The rooms were nice and clean. Highly highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Zeyn Otel. The staff were absolutely amazing—so caring, friendly, and always willing to help. They really made me feel at home. They even showed us on the map which places were worthwhile to visit and how to use the metro card. The room was clean, compact, and comfortable—perfect for a short stay. Breakfast was provided but we weren't early eaters but had a array of food to choose from. The location is also ideal, just a few minutes’ walk to the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, and the Grand Bazaar, while still being in a quiet spot. Overall, a lovely hotel with great hospitality. We'll definitely stay here again!
