This hotel is in a great location. It is outside of the core of Istanbul but not so far away that you can't take a taxi. It is also a great distance from the airport. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is visiting Istanbul. The front desk staff is very helpful and were able to answer all of my questions. They also have a great local area knowledge surrounding the property.

Overall - average. Okay location, if you’re okay to travel to get to the main scenes. Nice kitchen with everything you need. Linens were cheap and didnt entirely fit the bed. Staff was nice and welcoming and helpful. Wifi worked well. Gym was great for a hotel!

Cash deposit mandatory!

Ants in kitchen.They want a hefty CASH deposit of on arrival! Housekeeping every few days, not daily . You have to ask for water and toilet roll . The ‘restaurant’ downstairs don’t actually provide food to order , the ‘Room service’ is in fact a third party company that take almost an hour to deliver. Parking is easy . The spa massage was worst I ever experienced. Reception are polite and helpful.

Don’t expect good service there. I lost my key card, and the staff told me to come back later for a replacement. They don’t know anything about hospitality. Plus, the cleaning service is only provided every three days. The only good thing is that the building is still new, and the area is nice.

I had a wonderful stay at The Superior Living Kağıthane in Istanbul. The hotel is modern, clean, and well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable visit. The location is perfect—central yet quiet, making it easy to explore the city while enjoying a peaceful retreat. A special thanks to Hüseyin at the reception, who went above and beyond to make sure my stay was enjoyable. He was extremely helpful, friendly, and attentive . Açıkcası otele giriş yaparken endişeliydim ama sonradan aşırı memnun kaldım temizlik olsun konfor olsun. Fiyat olarakta çok uygun ve vadi istanbulun dibinde. Çalışanlardan Yusuf bey, Kendal bey ve Berkay beyden nazik iletişimlerinden ötürü memnun kaldım. Kısacası çok yardımseverlerdi

Gayet iyi bir konaklama geçirdim. Tek sorun, konaklama sırasında depozito almaları ve odayı kontrol etmeden depozitoyu iade etmemeleriydi. Bunu odada sigara içilmemesi için yapıyorlar ama bence başka bir yöntem bulunabilir; örneğin her odaya ayrı bir sigara dedektörü takılabilir.
