This place is a rip off. Caught the maid and deck worker going thur my luggage. They changed my room 3 times in 6 hours cause of one problem after another. Mold in bathroom bad. Gave one tile for 2 people. Showed me on their phone. We are short of towels sorry. I checked out and reported to Expedia and told them I was going to report them. It very bad area. Anyone can contact me and I'll be glad to explain anything you want to know.

If I could leave a -10 star review I would! Saying this place is AWFUL is an understatement. First room I was given had hair in the shower, when I went to tell them they didn’t believe so it’s a good thing I went down with photo evidence. They changed my room and the room they gave me had fixtures on the wall for a tv but no tv, there was construction happening right outside the room and when I told them this they simply said ‘no’ I have video proof of the construction, and then I found ants on the bed, floor and drawer area, once again they did not believe me and I took 4 that I’d killed in a tissue and when he saw that he couldn’t have taken that tissue to the bin any quicker, he then told me he’d give me another room tomorrow and to stay there the night, the audacity!! I clearly said no, he changed and gave me a room that smelt of cigarette smoke but I had no choice but to take it. There was no bin in the bedroom either. He didn’t offer any refund or compensation. There should NEVER be bugs in a hotel room EVER!! The sheets were stained and not changed even after asking for new sheets. The bath mat was not replaced and when I asked for one they said they couldn’t give me one. The shower head and the shower overall was filthy, I felt more dirty after taking a shower in there. The only thing they did was order an extortionate priced taxi to the airport on the day I was leaving. Never again and definitely do not recommend this place to any one!

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The staff member on duty in the morning when we checked in was extremely rude. He started threatening us about baggage issues and even told us to leave the hotel. On the day of checkout, he insisted we must leave by 11:00 AM, even though on Expedia it clearly says checkout time is 12:00 noon. staff started pressuring us to leave immediately, saying we were not allowed to stay after 11. Is this how you treat guests? Before booking, we specifically asked about luggage storage, and they confirmed through Expedia messages that it would be arranged but once we arrived, they refused. They also claimed they would arrange airport pickup, and when we agreed, they stopped responding on Expedia and instead shared their personal contact details, which felt unprofessional. Overall, this was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. I’m also disappointed in Expedia for allowing such hotels to operate on their platform.

oda metrekare kiraladığımız odanın aynı arantıda değildi 12 metrekare olandı oysa bizim kiraladığımız odanin metre karesi 25 metre kare olandı üstelik kirli çarşafın parasını istediler çarşaflarında sigara deliği vardı ve bariz lekeleri vardı üstelik bizim kitlettiğimizi ima ederek çarşafın parasını istediler bende fotoğraf olarak kendilerine gösterdim daha once bu leke vardı söyledim ve para vermedim ama odanın küçük olması kiraladığımız odanin yarısından daha küçük olması hayal kırıklığı olandı

La chambre etait assez propre et la douche etait bonne mais je dirais qu'on peut trouver mieux dans le quartier pour ameliorer l'experience. Pas vraiment de reception, personnel pas tres fiable (on a eu un probleme avec notre cle de chambre quand on est arrive puis il n'y a eu personne pour nous aider pendant au moins 20 minutes). Il y a eu des dechets un peu partout dans la reception et pas assez de serviettes notre dernier jour alors ils n'ont pas donne une nouvelle serviette. Heureusement c'etait le jour ou on a fait un hammam mais quand meme. Je pense qu'on peut trouver mieux pour le meme prix ou pour un peu plus cher et ca vaut le coup de chercher.
