Extremely disappointing and misleading listing. The dryer was advertised but not in the unit for the first 10 days, and when it was finally brought, we were never able to use it even once. The second bathroom had no hot water at all, so the home effectively has only one usable shower, which is unacceptable for a large family. The kitchen has no hot water, only cold water. The house is heated only to a low-end level. If you are traveling with children or elderly people, think twice. Instead of fixing the issue, the host will lecture you that your expectations for heat are “above standard.”One large living room window is missing a shade. We informed them repeatedly, and it makes watching TV during the day very difficult due to glare.There are bars and restaurants directly below the windows. They are open and serving people until 3 a.m., and on Friday and Saturday nights there is loud singing and drinking until very late. If you need peace or quiet, this is not the place for you.They also brought a large extra refrigerator and left it in the foyer with no explanation. We never requested a second fridge. This felt careless and in bad faith, adding clutter instead of solving real problems.The host was responsive at first, then became argumentative, complained that I was asking too many questions, and then stopped responding altogether. Very unprofessional. Staying abroad with these unresolved issues was stressful. Do not recommend.
