Otele check-in saatinden erken gitmek zorunda kaldık. Resepsiyondaki robot bey hiç yardımcı olamayacağını iletti. Sanki birşeyler ona kodlanmış ve onun dışına çıkamayıyor gibi... Otel, check-in saatinden önce misafir kabul etmek zorunda değil evet fakat küçük çocuğumuz vardı hazırlanıp hemen çıkmamız gerektiğini söyledik ancak hiç esneklik göstermedi. Otel müşterisi olmamiza rağmen otoparka her giriş çıkışta ücret ödemek zorunda kaldık. Bizim için kötü bir deneyimdi. Tekrar tercih etmeyeceğim bir otel olacağı kesin.. We had to arrive at the hotel before check-in time. The robot at the front desk told us he couldn't help us at all. It's as if something has been hard-coded into him and he can't get around it. Yes, the hotel isn't obligated to accept guests before check-in time, but we told him we had a small child with us and needed to get ready and leave immediately, but he was completely inflexible. Also that Despite being hotel guests, we had to pay a parking fee every time we entered and exited. It was a terrible experience for us. It's definitely not a hotel I'll choose again.

Initial booking, there’s error, sent a message that two guests and will pay 2nd person breakfast. Hotel didn’t bother to reply. On arrival 1st September found that I have to call Expedia.com. I didn’t book through Expedia. It’s not possible to contact hotel.com or Expedia at that time.If I have booked two persons stay at the time of booking, it should be the same cost.

I did not like this hotel after getting a real guest service from a different hotel at the same time just a week ago. This hotel was Terribly overpriced for what you get. The room was nothing special, but the worst part was the valet service. They charged me without informing ahead of time. Also they did not mention anything at all, about the perks such as the food discount or room upgrade.

I only stayed for one night as I had to leave early but my stay was relaxing and comfortable. Provided with toiletries which was very much appreciated. Check in was smooth with no issues, hotel was beautiful.

unprofessional check-in lack of information no upgrade though when I asked the receptionist told me this is a superior level ( level 8 ), not the room no discount on food and drinks despite I informed myself. I told my room number wrong while ordering at room service, the one who answered the phone yelled at me on the phone because I said the wrong room number ( the receptionist connected the call so if had asked the receptionist the could easily have answered. After reservation, I texted on Expedia and asked if there is electric charging station is the hotel they said yes, which is true but you need your own cable, which I did not know, And the hotel charges the guest for parking , which is not normal as I stay over several well branded hotels where they don't.

Clean and quiet. Perfect

I've stayed at this hotel quite a few times and it has always been good. A few minor issues in the past but my latest experience has been faultless. Cleanliness was excellent. The best I've experienced at any hotel in Turkey (unfortunately, this isn't difficult!). It's also very quiet and the location is great (there is a metro station nearby and plenty of options for buses).
