Superb hotel with a great staff, excellent location right near the tram stop and in an interesting neighborhood. Room was very clean with excellent fixtures, plenty of sockets and usb ports and very quiet. This hotel is excellent for the price and well worth a visit. My experience with the Mercure brand is excellent everywhere.

What a wonderful stay in Istanbul!

I was really happy with my stay at the Mercure Istanbul Sirkeci! You can't find a more central location. Everyone working here was super friendly and hospitable, they even lent us a luggage scale and surprised us for our honeymoon with decorations. It was a wonderful and clean hotel. If I was searching for a downside, the rooms are a bit on the small side, but I think this is common in Istanbul. Highly recommend!

It is a good hotel in an easy access and historical area. The staff and the room were fine. The only recommendation I would make is to not have loud, thumping, soulless pop music assaulting the guests ears during breakfast at 06:30 in the morning. The classic breakfast room has a great ambiance that is destroyed when this trash takes over the room. Other than that, it is a good hotel. The staff are pretty attentive.

In the booking it said that there’s a parking for free for visitors It was a lie no parking whatsoever and i had to park far away and the parking was very crowded and expensive i payed for 2 days 50$ worth of parking tickets

Super cool property with a neat history-in a 172 year old building. They kept neat features, but incorporated into it practical items like hanging hooks & high quality bathroom decor. Gorgeous view of mosque at night all lit-up and excellent area, super close (5 minute walk) to Eminou port for ferries plus metro station. Only 15 minute walk to Haifa Sophia and Blue Mosque! Excellent customer service at front desk also!! I really needed a referral to an important service and they gave me an invaluable recommendation. Much appreciated!

Upon reaching the property which my Wife has stayed at on 2 previous occasions, we was shocked to see lots of dust in the room & furthermore the room was infested with bugs and we was both bitten several times all over our body. We complained but there was no rooms for us to change as the hotel was at full capacity. We couldn’t sleep due to the bites & this made the stay uncomfortable. I would like so refund for this as it is not what i expected when I paid for this hotel
