I paid for 9 days and stayed there only once.i left because the hotel is stiuated by a busy street, my room was by the road and it was extremely loud. The room was extra tiny. Toilet poorly placed in the room and very smelly. The first night, my sheets were not changed, it has stains on them. The staff were rude. And no no lobby area. I will give a detailed review on google. I wasted over $800.

The receptionist was very nice and very helpful they left the front desk and help us to take the luggage to the front of the room and they was very polite and helpful and we felt VIP I just want to thank everyone for the service

i didnt like the fact that they advertised a room with a balcony and showed pictures on expedia of a balcony with chairs on it. when i checked in, all i had was a large glass door that opened with iron railing. there was no balcony or place to sit. felt it was false advertising

We had a large corner room on 4th floor only problem no reliable internet had to connect to floor 3 or 5 which wasn't satisfactory.The shower cubicle needed to be regrouted as black round the edges. Kazim the front desk manager moved us to the 5th floor without hesitation. Breakfast excellent as where the staff. Have stayed at this hotel a few times, this is the first time have had any complaints. It is well situated for shops etc, would stay there again

Good location - pseudo old style

Comfortable and fairly quiet inspite of the busy location- provided the double glazed windows were shut. Some rooms are very small but I insisted on a room with balcony as per hotel search criteria. The one meal I ordered - allegedly hand made pasta was hard, barely warm and inedible.. Even though I pointed this out and left to eat elsewhere I was charged for it - bit unclassy...times are tough I guess.

Great boutique hotel

The hotel personnel were very helpful and friendly. The first room I got was a bit small but the person at the reception desk changes it without any problems. Breakfast was a full buffet bar. Location was close to Nisan Tasi. Overall had a really good experience. Will definitely stay again.

Good location

The location of the hotel is fine, located near the subway and to shopping, restaurants and cafes. The cost of staying here is also very reasonable and includes a plain breakfast. However, the room is small. Improvement in the management of the hotel would be beneficial, such as having consistent service, staff being able to communicate in more than one language, and friendlier service.
