Enjoy stunning beach views and direct access to the beach and pier, then unwind on the private tiled balcony featuring a cozy hanging swing—an ideal spot to take in the ocean breeze and beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Inside, the fresh coastal décor creates a bright and inviting atmosphere, complemented by updated furnishings and a new living room rug added in May 2026. The kitchen offers full-size upgraded appliances, filtered water and ice, plus both a drip coffee maker and Keurig for every kind of coffee lover. Whether dining outside or relaxing indoors, this condo was designed for effortless beach living.
