Independence Day Family Retreat

Lots of character at this place. Amazing balcony on 2nd floor which was perfect for the fireworks. 1st floor bedrooms under kitchen can get noisy when people upstairs. Bedding not too comfortable and make sure you bring your own towels. Location is perfect distance from the bars and restaurants - not too close to be annoying but super easy walk.

The property was awesome. I will rent it again. Plenty of space for our large crowd of family. Never have I seen a kitchen that was so well equipped to handle the number of guests the property advertised. Location was great.

Truly unique vacation home!

The eclectic and imaginative decor of this property, as well as the quality of the house, made this one of the most enjoyable holidays we have spent at Isle of Palms. The amazing kitchen helped make it a thanksgiving to remember. Very colorful beach house! The property management was great also!

Unique Fun at Casa Margarita!

We have stayed at Casa Margarita many times and have loved it! It is a spacious, unique and fun space to celebrate family and summer! With whimsical room themes, well appointed gourmet kitchen and a bath for each bedroom, this house is a barrel of fun for all! Beautiful views and direct access to beach and walking distance to nightlife and restaurants.

Family Vacation

We had a family vacation with 18. There were 8 adults and 10 children ages 2-19. The property was very clean. We cooked in 5 of the 7 nights and the kitchen had everything we needed. We had 2 small maintenance issues and they were quick to respond and repair.

Suppa Club

Casa Margarita was perfect for our "suppa club" group. 10 bedrooms and 10 1/2 baths. Everyone had fun choosing their own rooms. We had stayed in Casa Flamingo for 23 years, but needed the extra bedrooms because everyone wants to go on this annual trip. Everyone loved the house and it gave us more fantastic memories.

Perfect Family Vacation Casa!

Casa Maragarita was the absolute perfect spot for our family vacation! The space/ size of the home, the location, and the fun decorations made this the ideal spot for our annual family get-together! We have a large family - 17 adults and 3 kiddos - and the house had plenty of room for everyone! We all enjoyed checking out the unique decorations and the pool was the perfect late afternoon/ evening hang-out! Everyone enjoyed the large kitchen and family room, as well as the great porches. We loved the beachfront location and the close proximity to downtown Isle of Palms. We had so much fun spending during our week at Casa Margarita and will definitely be back!

Even better than the pictures

We had a group of fifteen of us stay in the house for a writing retreat (we couldn't resist the theme rooms) and had a fantastic time. Tons of space in the common areas, a table big enough to accommodate all of us, clean and well-maintained. We gave the wi-fi a run for its money, but most groups will have no problems there I suspect. Communication with the property management company was great throughout. Thanks for a great trip; we'll be back.

Fabulous Girls Weekend!

Casa Margarita is simply fabulous. The pictures do not do the house justice. The property manager is great to work with. Tina went above and beyond to make sure house met our expectations. The owner has paid special attention to the décor and there are so many decorative conversation pieces. We loved the fact that every bedroom has a private bath. The outdoor bathroom was definite plus We have traveling to the area as group for over 20 years and we will be returning to Casa Margarita next year

College reunion

This is the 6th year my husband and 9 of his fraternity brothers and their wives have congregated at IOP for a weekend of food, friends, and fun! We stayed at Casa Margarita this year and although we had terrible weather with the most rain this area has ever seen, we had so much fun at this whimsical house. Oceanfront with lightning and rain, this was a wonderful safe dry place to be. It was exceptionally clean, large enough for all of us to congregate in one room and a completely equipped kitchen. We will definitely be back!

Spacious Home Right on the Ocean

We stayed at Casa Margarita for our annual Family Vacation. The home is large and well-appointed, except that the home had only one (apartment-sized) washer and dryer. We were also allocated only one set of towels per person, so we were continually washing towels the entire stay. I recommend it for a large family - but please be aware that the home is full of scantily-clad statues and artwork that has strong sexual overtones. It’s a fun place…. but a little racy for the youngsters.

Great family vacation with lots of room for everyone

This house is perfect for a large family vacation with lots of room for everyone. The common areas are very spacious and all the adults had their own room with a full bath! We loved cooking big meals every night and the huge refrigerators came in handy. It's a fun house with something new to see around every corner. We had family members ranging in age from 3 years old and to 70 years and everyone had a great time. The pool was a big hit and it was so nice to just be able to walk out to the beach. Even Tropical Storm Julia couldn't dampen our spirits. The only issue we had was that one of the AC units stopped working but they came out within a few hours and had it back up and running! This is our second time staying at Casa Margarita and we certainly plan on returning.

The home was fun overall and the kitchen was fantastic! There are things that can be improved. Some of the bathrooms need to renovated and i think they should get rid of the themed bathrooms. Some of the bathrooms were nice and looked newer. The sheets were very scratchy and i think that you need to include 4 towel sets in each king bedroom. Also the umbrellas that we rented from you were awful and dangerous. I also didn't like that every piece of furniture was nailed down so you couldn't move anything!

Charleston Wedding

Absolutely no regrets leasing this property!!! We had family and friends from 4 states come into Charleston for a wedding and this place was exactly what we wanted. It has easy beach access, short walk to town, and all the amenities as described on the website. The beds and bedrooms were very comfortable and with each having its own bathroom was awesome! The kitchen has every single drawer and shelf labeled so it was super easy to find what we needed for dining and cleaning up afterwards. Most importantly, Karen with Exclusive Properties was amazing!! From day 1 she helped me with ideas for family dinners and things to do. She answered all of our questions and concerns and went above and beyond. I can't thank her enough for making this trip memorable for our family! Definitely want to come back to the same house in the future.

the time of our lives

We went to Charleston for a family wedding and invited our young professional nieces and nephews to the Cassa Margarita for some family time. Had a great time!!! 10 bedrooms each with their own baths no waiting in line here. Elevator was a great help when great aunt with a recent broken hip came to visit got her upstair without any problems. New years eve was great family time with games and puzzles at every table. Plenty of refrigerator space with a commercial cooler big even for trays and whole cakes. Great location the beach is right there and even in January it was a pleasure. Hot tub was nice. A grand time was had by all. Oh the photos you can take in this house great props. The newly weds got the love nest. Cute

OUSTANDING Long Weekend

Casa Margarita is a wonderful house. We had 10 out of town couples down to IOP for my wife's 50th Surprise Birthday. She was surprised and everyone had a fabulous time. The house has every amenity imaginable. We had plenty of space to congregate as a group or to get away for a few minutes of peace and quiet. The best part of the house however is the Property Manager, Tina Smith ... she was attentive, responsive and proactive. We never needed her during our stay - her prep for our group was perfect. She even recommended a chef that we hired for Friday night - he was amazing. I can not say enough good things about the house - I am sure the other ones they own, Casa Flamingo and Casa Banana are just as good. We will be renting again.

Casa Margarita is FANTASTIC!

Our family vacation, that consisted of 14 people from 9 years old to 75 years young, stayed at the whimsical Casa Margarita. What a blast! Each time I looked around a room, there was always something new to see. The house was the perfect fit for our crew. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen is huge and sat everyone at the large dining table. I have to give a shout out to the personal chef we hired for 3 dinners; Marc White of Low Country Chef (http://www.locochef.com). He and his assistant Danielle were awesome! The food they prepared was out to this world! We had to call the rental office for an issue with a wasp nest and to clean the pool after a couple days. The staff at Wyndham were so accommodating and pleasant. They had someone out on both occasions with in the hour. Quiet and large beach front property. You can not go wrong with this house. Don't give this house a second thought--rent it--you will not be disappointed!

Par Excellence!

There are no words to adequately express the wonderful time my family enjoyed at Casa Margarita. What fun the owner must have had in decorating and furnishing this delightful house, and, as a result, just about every moment one of us was discovering another fun and whimsical "treasure"! Beautifully maintained, priceless views, very substantial (first class) appliances (refrigerators galore), unbelievably generous dinnerware and utensils, lots of tables for dining, games, very comfortable sturdy furniture. The themed bedrooms are so clever, fun and comfortable. There is nothing I could say that needed improvement. Mrs. Webber has thought of everything!! The pool and hot tub are pristinely maintained with lots of outdoor furniture surrounding the area. Prime prime front beach location. We thank our lucky stars to have been fortunate to enjoy this lovely home for a most memorable week. We've rented before (Casa Flamingo) and we WILL be back! Love love love the care and attention this property receives, and delightful people to work with in planning a great vacation. Our family reunion numbered 21, and this home could not have been more perfect.

Phenomenal House!

We rent every year all over the country for our large family (18 people). This house was definitely in the top 3. Every bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and the decor is adorable. My 3 adult kids and their children had fun picking between the cat, dog, Sponge Bob, sports, monkey room, etc. The kitchen is HUGE and was perfect for our Thanksgiving feast. Two of everything including dishwashers, ovens and refrigerators. They even have a drink cooler that is restaurant size. Perfect for water and sodas. They had more than enough plates, glasses and utensils. It is right on the beach and the view is amazing. My grandkids range in ages 2-22 and everyone had a GREAT time. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, pool table and walks on the beach, There is plenty of room for everyone to eat, the beds are comfortable and it was very clean. I would highly recommend. The only downfall was hot water availability. It seems one side of the house did not have much hot water. I was in the cat room and never had a problem with it but my daughters in the "love nest" and "pig pen" rooms said the hot water didn't last long especially if two people were showering at the same time. This house is very worth the price.

Casa Magnificent!!!

From the moment we walked in the door and were greeted by the amazing ocean view, we knew we made the right choice in choosing Casa Margarita!! The decor is fantastic and you could spend hours just going from room to room and exploring the interesting themes! We were rained in the first 2 nights, so the enormous dining room table was perfect for playing games and cards and just hanging out. There were even books and games provided by the owners! The 10 huge bedrooms with king size beds (one room has 2 queens instead), were perfect for the 14 adults and 8 children that shared this lovely home for a week. Having a private bathroom in each bedroom gave each guest their own private space. Three refrigerators (one huge commercial fridge), 2 dishwashers and 2 cooktops made this kitchen more than adequate for cooking big family meals and holding all of our food and drinks for the week! Two huge outdoor gas grills made cooking out so easy! The kids loved the pool (only wish it were heated as we had some inclement weather during our stay) and the hot tub was a huge hit for all! As was the pool table!! The porches and decks provided a perfect spot for watching the sun rise with our morning coffee and a place to hang out in the evenings. The proximity to the beach is such a convenience and shops and restaurants are within walking distance. We visit the island often and this was our first time renting a house instead of a condo. It was worth every penny and we highly recommend it!! We also really appreciated that most of the furniture and decor were glued or nailed down as we had a few "little ones" and didn't have to worry about baby proofing!! We hope to be back soon!!
