The BEST Large Group Stay

I stayed here with nine other girls and we absolutely LOVED it. It was incredibly clean and so comfortable. We all had plenty of room to spread out and the couch in the living room fit all of us with room to spare. I highly recommend staying here and we will definitely be back!

Perfect for large groups

The house was perfect for our family of 10. We didn’t even use all of the beds. The living area was perfect for our big dinners. Quick walk to the beach. We loved it.

Reviewer Comments: We have a fine week at this home that provided easy access to the beach and a top floor balcony that caught the breezes even on the hotest of days. The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked with glasses, dishes, serving pieces and cooking tools. The only disappointment was that around mid afternoon the house bloked the sun around the pool deck.

Great House for Large Party

Luckily, the house accommodated for 3 kids to have space to play ping pong, build forts, and explore. I think our experience would have been different in another home. The hour it stopped raining; we were close enough to the beach to walk over and enjoy every second of it. In addition, the kitchen was completely setup with all supplies you could ask for to make meals for large groups. We can't say enough great things and hope to return next year!

The upstairs is a lovely open concept & any sounds could be heard if you were in a downstairs bedroom.Had a great time overall!

When entering 4 34th Ave for the first time we were immediately awed by the cleanliness, furnishings, natural light, spaciousness and extremely well stocked kitchen. The outside living is equally as amazing.We enjoyed late day swims, cocktails and dinner on the many decks. The Weber grill allowed for many delicious grilled outdoor dinners. The convenient beach access and ocean views from the many decks allow you to relax and enjoy your beach vacation. Highly recommend this home.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed here for a week with family, 6 adults and 4 kids under 6. The kids loved the huge living room and the pool. The beach was easily in walking distance. House came with everything you need. Plenty of dinnerware, pots, pans, etc. Rooms and bathrooms were all well cleaned with plenty of towels. I would recommend getting extra paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent, and dish detergent. They provide a little, but definitely not enough for a weeks stay. Overall a great place to hang out with friends or family.

The house was in excellent condition and beautifully decorated. Everything was labeled and explained, so it was very easy to navigate the kitchen, the showers, the elevator, etc. The location was great - close to the beach. You even have ocean views from the top and the third floors. The pool and the surrounding area were also wonderful. There were toys for the pool and the beach, along with beach chairs and even a wagon to take your things to the beach. It was a perfect family vacation home and we would definitely stay here again and recommend it to everyone!

This house was perfect for our large group. The kitchen was a dream with all the equipment needed for cooking for a crowd. The labels on the cabinets, drawers, and light switches were very helpful! Our group enjoyed the ping pong table with nightly tournaments. The outside spaces were perfect with many seating areas to enjoy. We loved nightly rooftop sunset happy hours. Our only noted cons for the home were that the mattresses on some of the beds weren’t comfortable and sounds carry pretty well. But we appreciated being able to stay in this beautiful home!

From the wide porches, large well appointed kitchen, open floorplan, quiet comfy bedrooms and wonderful swimming pool, we thoroughly enjoyed our week staying here.the elevator took a little getting used to and while the house isn't ADA-accessible we made it work for our wheelchair-using family member.Don't know why there aren't more new barrier-free constructed houses being built on the SC beaches. Building accessibility in from the beginning makes sense and is cost effective. With a few tweaks, this house could have easily been made ADA compliant from the get go.

Everything about it was perfect.The location is great - one block to the beach.The open concept living area, kitchen, dining room gave our group ample space to spread out yet still be together. We are a group of people that enjoy cooking and the kitchen had everything we needed and then some. We used the outside grill several times and was large enough to cook lots of surf and turf. The bedrooms were spacious with very comfortable mattresses and bedlinens. The many porches were large enough for our whole group and the upper deck was great for star gazing. The pool was lovely after a day at the beach. Plenty of room for vehicles. I'm already dreaming of next years stay.

There were 12 girls celebrating our annual girls trip and it was the perfect house, accommodating all of us beautifully. The kitchen was better stock than any other rental I have ever been to. There was not one thing we needed that wasn’t there in abundance. The decor was coastal , with an open concept, allowing everyone to visit together freely. There was a large table that was able to seat all of us. The house was extremely clean and well taken care of. It had a beautiful view of sunsets as well as the ocean. The pool look lovely although it was way too cold for us to swim. It’s a short trip to Charleston, great restaurants, and shopping. The only issue for those staying in the bunk bedroom.-the mattress/spring were very sensitive and squeaked a lot, even if you moved a little bit/turned over.We had a 10 o’clock check out. It would’ve been nicer to have 11, but it worked out fine. I would highly recommend this beautiful home to anyone looking to stay in this area.

Short walk to beach access. Roof top deck great for eclipse viewing and star gazing. Pool was great although it is a little small. However, there was a terrible ant problem around the pool the first day we arrived. They sprayed once that temporarily solved the problem. The second spray on Tuesday solved the issue for the rest of the week. Only other drawback of home is that the Master bedrooms are under and adjacent to the only social area so if you have teens staying up late, the noise can be an issue even if they are quiet. Do not use the elevator except for cargo. The latch sticks on second floor and I got stuck in the elevator...not fun if you are claustrophobic!

There were 12 girls celebrating our annual girls trip and it was the perfect house, accommodating all of us beautifully. The kitchen was better stock than any other rental I have ever been to. There was not one thing we needed that wasn’t there in abundance. The decor was coastal , with an open concept, allowing everyone to visit together freely. There was a large table that was able to seat all of us. The house was extremely clean and well taken care of. It had a beautiful view of sunsets as well as the ocean. The pool look lovely although it was way too cold for us to swim. It’s a short trip to Charleston, great restaurants, and shopping. The only issue for those staying in the bunk bedroom.-the mattress/spring were very sensitive and squeaked a lot, even if you moved a little bit/turned over.We had a 10 o’clock check out. It would’ve been nicer to have 11, but it worked out fine. I would highly recommend this beautiful home to anyone looking to stay in this area.

This house was perfect for our large group. The kitchen was a dream with all the equipment needed for cooking for a crowd. The labels on the cabinets, drawers, and light switches were very helpful! Our group enjoyed the ping pong table with nightly tournaments. The outside spaces were perfect with many seating areas to enjoy. We loved nightly rooftop sunset happy hours. Our only noted cons for the home were that the mattresses on some of the beds weren’t comfortable and sounds carry pretty well. But we appreciated being able to stay in this beautiful home!
