Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
check your email repeatedly...I was unaware of an additional form that needed to be signed and a verification process. As such we were delayed in recieving our check in instructions. AVANT Stay's customer service phone line was nothing but hold for over 45 min...eventually the situation resolved itself by finding a missed email and submitting the additional information requested.
