Everything was great, with the concierge service they provide EverythingIsla everything was so easy from transportation, check in, and groceries delivered to the house. Julia was on top of everything and very helpful. The house was in the perfect location, great view, and had everything we needed.

I genuinely did not want to the leave the house once we arrived on Isla Mujeres. The house was perfect, and the pool was everything we were looking for a bachelorette party! The rooms were large and all of them had a bathroom. We really appreciated the small toiletries they provided, laundry detergent, extra toilet paper, etc. The check in process was simple and they allowed us to checkout an hour later. We had a chef come in one night and cook dinner for us! Again, the house was great. 5/5!!

Great property

This is a great property to stay at with friends. It is centrally located on the island so golf cart or taxi is a must. Perfect place to gather with friends and relax. Also several great restaurants are walking distance. A spa as well.

Just As Advertised

Casa Los Tres Chiles was just as advertised and more. It was spotless yet tastefully decorated. It was in a great location close to restaurants and not far from Centro. Six of us slept comfortably and had a great time by the pool each day and evening. The host was great! The one little negative was that the water in the main shower sometimes didn’t warm up appropriately. All other bathrooms were fine. Will stay again!

Magnificent stay

The house is clean and spacious. It has everything we needed for our stay. Anna was the greatest host. Check in and out was easy. The concierge took care of everything beforehand to make things run smoothly. We used them for airport transfers and ferry tickets and for rental of a golf cart. The property is amazing. It’s a great location. The view is perfect. The pool is lovely. There’s an AMAZING restaurant a few minutes walk that Anna suggested. We ended up eating there 3 times and that’s because they were closed on Sunday. We would have gone back! There a adorable puppy that hangs out on the door step at times to catch some AC but she doesn’t try to get inside. If we could have, we would have kidnapped her but she belongs to someone. She very playful. The island is easily drivable in the golf cart. The more touristy area is a 5-10 drive but we enjoyed the peace and quiet of the house location. We would stay there again!

Senior Trip to Mexico!!!

This property was a FABULOUS place for our stay! Tons of room, everyone had their own bathroom….the pool was a lifesaver!! It was sooo hot 🥵. We used the kitchen & cooked a few meals. We rented a golf cart that got us where we wanted to go. We went snorkeling, shopping, our guys went fishing one day & the restaurant prepared an INCREDIBLE meal!! We really enjoyed working with Kate - one of the property’s managers - she was extremely helpful with any of our requests. ❤️

Home is beautiful with modern kitchen, laundry room. Great pool with view of the ocean. Bedding is great. One note: All bedrooms are on the second floor. There are two flights of stairs.

Great location, incredible view, comfortable home

Our family, 2 adults & 2 teens, loved our stay! The house is spacious, comfortable, well equipped, and had fantastic views above the cliffs overlooking the Caribbean Sea. The pool was a great spot in the afternoons and the balcony off two of the bedrooms was amazing for coffee & relaxing before bed. We used the ladder 2 houses down to access the rocky shoreline to look for sea glass. Reserve at least one morning to catch a breathtaking sunrise. The location was central to access the island by golf cart, & several great restaurants were within walking distance. Everything Isla arranged for our cart to be delivered/picked up - worth it. We felt very safe. 2 issues: The power goes out occasionally on the island and in our experience, the hot water heater had to be reset when this happens. Not sure if this must be done each time there’s an outage, but if so, it would have been helpful to have the property mgmt. company proactively reach out, rather than us not realizing we had no hot water until we went to shower for dinner and then wait for assistance or take a cold shower. Also, we lost internet access the last 2 days of our stay. It was over Easter weekend and not much could be done except try to use the owner’s connection (third floor) - this solution only worked sporadically and made flight check in, etc. challenging as cell service wasn’t great. Other than these two issues, we loved our stay and definitely recommend this rental. We hope to return!

This property was just beautiful and was such an awesome find! Property owners had to deal with 5 million emails from me because I can't do math lol and they were continually kind and helpful. I left my prescription glasses and they are helping me to get them shipped back to Texas! All involved in the entire process are very thoughtful and helpful. Highly recommend this!

Great Stay at Tres Chiles

When we began planning our trip, a few of us started saving properties that we thought the group would love. Casa Tres Chiles was on all lists. Communications was pretty easy. Everyone responded well through emails leading up to our arrival & texts once we were on the ground in Mexico. The house is stunning. Simply stunning. It's mid-island, which we believe is a great location, Caribbean side. The sunrises are breathtaking. Fair warning though, if you're in either of the 2 bedrooms that are on the water side, the sun WILL shine into your room in the mornings. If you're an early riser, all is good. If you're planning on sleeping in, a sleep mask will help. The pool is beautiful. Good patio furniture to lounge around outside & watch the iguanas. The only negative comment I heard from our group during our stay is that they wished they had a full length mirror so the women could see everything when they were getting ready to go out. We highly recommend Casa Tres Chiles & WILL go back soon

Amazing property

This place looks exactly as it does in the photos. The backyard overlooks the ocean. (Cliffs you can’t climb down.) The pool was an added bonus for the humid days. Ana, the manager, was always available for any questions. The entire place was very clean and comfortable. You will not be disappointed. My family and I will definitely stay here again if we go back. Great memories!!!

Beautiful view!

4 of us stayed here for 9 glorious days! Loved the view and the upstairs deck. Easy access to everything with a golf cart. Grocery store and a few restaurants close by too. Fantastic response by property manager to any need at all. Plenty of drinking water and well equipped kitchen. Very clean and beautifully decorated. We had a great time!

Paradise

This is absolutely a dream vacation staying at Casa Tres Chiles!! We can’t wait until next time! The concierge services and all of the helpers are true professionals and fantastic to work with. This was the least stressful vacation we have ever had. Communication with the staff is instantaneous and their service is impeccable. We have stayed on the island before in a luxury resort and being in this home was not only more affordable, but more enjoyable! A++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ We could go on and on, but will just be contented with beginning to countdown until next time. We are never going to Isla without “Everything Isla” again! What a beautiful life experience this was! Thank you very much for the hospitality and service!

We had a wonderful time at Tres Chili’s. The house is stunning and in a perfect central location. The owners provided immediate service whenever we had small glitches with the wifi and stove. It is well appointed and we would love to come back again!

Great House, Great Location

The house was beautiful and very well equipped. Views from the patio can't be beat. There are a few good restaurants within walking distance, but for us a golf cart was a must. Would definitely stay again.
