Overall good stay except that there was very limited space to open our luggages. Suggest they should remove the big chair set to provide more space.

The amenities were outstanding. They give you everything you need including the detergent to wash your clothes. The full size refrigerator was extremely nice to have. The staff were super sweet and helpful. The balcony view great on one side, you could see the ocean, but right in front of us was a prison, which was not mentioned at all, which is literally next door to the building. Mind you, we saw no movement from there, but it was a shock to be next door to the prison nene the less.

I would have given this property a 5 star rating but for 2 reasons. First is the noise. The building is not very soundproof despite the building description in Expedia. There must have been at least 1 kid in the room above mine, and for all 6 days that I stayed, from 6am to 9pm it sounded like they were doing major renovations to the room, when it was probably just kids being kids. My room was beside a mechanical room, so I could also hear noise from that. The second reason for not getting 5 stars was that I had problems with the electronic door lock, and since there was no staff at the property, I felt helpless when my door wouldn't unlock. After a few attempts, it finally did, but I was nervous every time I had to go out and try opening my door when I returned. If you are fortunate to have neighbours that are not noisy, and your room is not beside a mechanical room, and presumably ypur electronic door lock functions properly, this would be a 5/5 hotel.

Sea view with cozy room, spacious and clean, the distance to ferry terminal is ideal. Self check in without key or keypad is very convenient. Washing machine is powerful and the dryer was equipped. Nice experience for our family. Highly recommended for family stay

Great value for money

I was surprised how new the building was. The room was nicely set up. Location is very convenient in town with all groceries and eateries. Very comfortable stay. The only minor request would be if the hot water is hot but not boiling hot and you cannot adjust it. Great value for money. I will stay there again for my next visit.

綺麗なキッチン、トイレ、風呂場でした。また、洗濯機と乾燥機が各部屋に無料で使えるのが最高でした。洗濯用洗剤は近くのコンビニやドンキで買えます。ピザ宅配もでき、モスバーガー、マック、マックスバリュー、丸亀製麺など、近くにあるのでとってもありがたいです。また利用します。

清潔で洗濯乾燥機、大きめの冷蔵庫、浴室乾燥機があるのはとっても良かったです。 しかし、隣の部屋の人が夜中（12時過ぎ）に洗濯を始め、その後乾燥機を回したことによりモーターの音が響いて全く眠れませんでした。隣の方は寝てしまった様で乾燥機終了後何度も冷やすための乾燥機の回転が回り発狂寸前でした。ホテル側には注意喚起をすべき。翌日メールにて苦情を送りましたが回答はありませんでした。石垣でダイビングをするに当たり良い滞在場所を探した！と思いましたが1人の宿泊者により最低な滞在になってしまいました。
