FIRST IMPRESSION WAS ACCURATE, UNFORTUNATELY
We arrived to an overflowing trash can and broken chair at the end of the driveway. Beer bottle tops littered the driveway and beer cans in bushes. Can pull tabs littered backyard. Food debris in backyard, we had dogs with us for our stay. The home advertised it accommodated 12, there were only 5 of us. There was only enough flat wear in the home for 2. Inside of home was dirty, to include stained linens and inadequate towels and wash clothes…no hand towels provided. Bath towels were so thin they should be used as rags. Kitchen had one dish towel for the week, property manager suggested using paper towels that were provided. There were no cleaning supplies to tidy up the house daily as we are accustomed to, no broom or vacuum, especially with our pets in the home. The backyard additionally had numerous holes in the ground from previous pets that were never filled in. Also found electric wires bent over and taped off. Backyard fence at the gate was not secure. I would not have a young child at this property. Kitchen is not set up for cooking, inadequate cookware, etc. Dishwasher must have been replaced recently, missing cabinetry was not replaced and an eyesore-nothing resembling online photos. Overall this was UNSAT and I will never stay at a Patriot Family Home again. The property manager was responsive to texts, but unresponsive to correcting anything. I have more pictures of all of the above is desired.
