Stylish Garden Flat Near Loch Ness

Looking for a stopover for Nessie spotting and the famous Urquhart Castle in the Scottish Highlands? Our Stylish Garden Flat in Drumnadrochit village is the perfect base. Our Stylish Garden flat is on the historic Lewiston Road of Drumnadrochit, just a 10- 15-minute walk from the village centre. Close to Loch Ness, Urquhart Castle and local amenities like pubs, café, supermarkets, restaurants, petrol, and bus, it is an ideal base for a short or long visit.

Garden Flat is located in a stunning part of the Scottish Highlands. You will have Loch Ness, Urquhart Castle, Great Glen Way, Glen Affric Hiking within easy walking distance. Within 1-2 hours by car you can reach Fort William for Ben Nevis, Glen Coe, Isle of Skye, Cairngorms National Park, Outlander sites, and various whisky distilleries.

Our Flat has been renovated to a high standard with a modern bathroom, kitchen and new flooring. We have decorated the flat to create a comfortable home away from home, perfect for a family holiday. It has 2 bedrooms: a spacious double bedroom for 2 adults and a smaller room with a bunkbed, ideal for 2 kids or a snug fit for 2 adults. Additionally, the large living room has a double sofa bed for 2 more guests.

There is also an outdoor patio with a picnic table for eating outside and a free parking space for one vehicle. The flat is fully equipped for a cosy and comfortable stay, and we maintain it to a high standard of cleanliness. We live only a couple of minutes away. Our guests benefit from having a local host nearby for travel tips or assistance.

Please note that the flat is ideally suited for 4 people, although it can sleep up to 6. If booking for more than 4, we recommend considering the sleeping arrangements in the small bunk room and the sofa bed in the living room (pics provided).

The sofa bed is kept folded to maximise living room space, with a complete set of bedding prepared and stored in a bag. Please let us know if you would like the sofa bed extended and made up on your check-in day.

This flat was great overall and had everything we needed but we couldn't use the back bedroom with the bunk beds for our kids as it was freezing upon arrival and doesn't warm up very quickly. We were able to utilize the couch sofa so it worked out.

We have been to stay here twice now. We love the location. Great hikes, quiet, nature all around. I wish there was a dryer for our clothes. We use the washing machine, but it is usually raining outside or cloudy, so the clothes don't dry. Other than that we love the cozy space and the river just outisde the door. Thank you! This flat was perfect for our family - having bunk beds for the kids was a huge bonus. The space was super clean and everything we needed was there. As others have mentioned, the wifi was spotty so don't expect to use it as a place to work remotely, but if that's not one of your needs this might be ideal.

Lovely little flat

Very nicely appointed, modernized ground floor flat. Everything was updated and high quality. We had to rearrange our stay and Stewart was friendly and quick to respond. The flat was better than the photos portrayed which is always a nice surprise. The little creek at the end of the drive was an added bonus.

Der einzige Abzug unserer Bewertung sehen wir an der Ausstattung der Küche. Wir waren nur für eine anacht da, deshalb war es ausreichend. Aber wenn wir ordentlich kochen hätten wollen, wären wir an Grenzen der Ausstattung gestoßen.
