We have built and facilitated health and wellness retreats all over the world since 2016 and we are delighted to welcome you to our purpose-built thermal retreat on the banks of the River Fane.

All amenities of this space have been specially designed for you to Rest - Relax and Recharge with our purposely built thermal amenities and a natural spring water cold plunge pool.

There is no better place to discover the great benefits of natural hot and cold therapy.

- Scandinavian wood-fired barrel sauna
- Canadian Spa Hot tub
- 1.5-meter deep natural spring water plunge pool with optional ice and magnesium.
- Outdoor Springwater cold shower
- Enclosed hot electric shower
- Accommodation consists of a 1 bedroom studio cabin with a separate toilet and shower.
- Kitchenette with a fridge/freezer, microwave, Tassimo Coffee Pod Machine, all utensils, and all equipment for the pizza oven.

You have the entire retreat to yourself.

The retreat is situated on a private family property approx 150 ft from the main house
You will have your own private drive way and safe car park.
We are a busy family and whilst the retreat is completely enclosed and you have your own private space.
