worst hotel i’ve stayed in, i paid for a deluxe room and got a basic room with a very uncomfortable bed and pillows, during my stay i had trouble with the ac leaking causing the floor to be wet, constantly having to go to the front desk to get my keycard to work, housekeeping coming into my room unexpectedly when i wasn’t in the room but never seemed to stop by once when i was in the room. called multiple times asking if early check in was available and each time they said yes but when we got to the hotel the lady said it wasn’t allowed and laughed in my face. pool was filthy the water looked super foggy and disgusting. they definitely didn’t give the same experience as the pictures posted online, this hotel was the worst experience ever and i will never return or recommend it to anyone.

Basically no amenities, just a bar of soap, towels, and a half used roll of toilet paper. Charged for parking despite seeing reviews saying it was free, so they must’ve implemented that after those reviews, but a $75 deposit on the parking is just obscene.

The staff was friendly at check in and the checking process didn’t take long at all. The room was clean and was stocked with towels. No complaints besides the parking fee being a thing for guests. That’s my only thing, everything else was perfect.

This is listed as pet friendly hotel so we stayed during an overnight layover, but with their unflinching check in times, they would not allow us to keep our kennel anywhere inside the property. We had to place our kennel outside by the trash bins and monitor it from 8:00 AM until we could check in at 3PM. We were told they couldn’t hold it with the rest of the baggage and cited allergies- But I don’t understand the reasoning if animals are fully allowed in the property, why wouldn’t they allow kennels to be stored (even in the lobby area) until check-in? We risked having our kennel stolen, and we couldn’t do anything but wait around the premises because we could not carry our large kennel from location to location until check in at 3PM. Pet owners with layovers beware.

Staff was helpful and kind. I liked that there was a laundry room available and multiple vending machines and microwave. Only thing missing in the room was a mini fridge.
