Don’t stay here

This property is very disappointing. Not deserving of its rating. This property caters to the unhoused apparently. We checked into room 133. On the way to the room, there were random articles of clothing in hallway corners. Once in the room, we found that the two exterior windows could not be locked, being on the ground floor, that is an issue. We reserved a Queen room, bed was a Double, but was told, yes that’s a Queen room. Vanity sink and shower were grimy, and mold in shower area. Carpet was damaged with tack strip exposed in the walking path. But worst is the room didn’t feel clean. We decided accept that we would not get a refund, left and sought other accommodations.

Your hotel is terrible

We checked in Friday night reservations for 2 rooms. Night desk girl said sorry we hav no clean rooms available…. She confirmed she saw our reservation nobody. Cleaned rooms. She gave us 1 room the least dirty of the rooms which yes was dirty not cleaned and disgusting. The entire hotel had a terrible stench. My wife go no sleep after a 7 hour drive because I snore which is why we needed 2 rooms. Definitely ranking in my top 2 worst hotel stays of my 51 years and I traveled for business for a long time. And then…. I was still charged for both rooms for both nights and awaiting a refund? In the morning the manager simply said yeah I have 40 rooms that need cleaned. Your hotel and staff are digusting and unprofessional. And they were burning incense in the lobby without a catch just letting it burn and that’s a fire hazard alone.

I should have known better, I was only there for a short over night. This place reminded me of a flop house. Noise all night. But the worst part was the cigarette smoke. It was so strong and the sheet had burn holes in them. Stay away!!

If you arrive before the check in time, there is no place to wait for it. I had to go outside and seat in the side walk. Hallways smell terrible, I cannot explain what it is, but it must a some health hazard. Illumination in the hallways is also terrible. My room had a plastic bag wrapped and covering the smoke detector, which is a huge fire hazard. There is a lot of people smoking outside the building almost all day. The smoke will get to my room through the ac unit. Some staff members were very polite, and some others would be incredibly out of touch and mean. I requested a late checkout, and they granted me one extra hour. However, I asked the front desk about it to confirm, and they told me that is not possible in a mean way, without even checking the notes. After explaining them that their colleague told me they would leave a note, the assured that they didn't. This is completely insane, if I didn't come out and ask again they would've fine me for late check out. Another issue was the room keys. Every time I left my room, I had to circle back to the front desk and ask them to activate them again. They trusted which room I was in, never asked any verification, which is very concerning in a safety stem point.

The room was dusgusting! Smelled like dog pee when we walked in the room. The window was open when we walked in. The box spring cover looked like it had a dog pee on it. It looked like people had put smell good in the vents of the AC because of the smell. The floor made your feet black from walkikg on it less then 5 mins.

This by far was the absolute worst hotel I ever checked into.a bunch of people hanging out in the stairwell, in the lobby and in front of the lobby door, all smoking. It was filthy. The room was dirty. We did not feel safe so my son and I immediately left the hotel and went to a different one in the area. I would love to have some kind of discount or refund or even a credit because of this experience. If you don’t believe me, send somebody to check it out because I am confident I am correct
