Room was not well cleaned. The AC was loud and worked poorly. It made it difficult to sleep. There were safety hazards to include broken glass and the side door card reader was missing and the door was not locked where anyone could come in. I rated this on my check out form. I checked in and the room I was given was dark. The mattress was a 4” camper mattress on top of a king frame. The bathroom mirrors were dirty and when I opened the curtain the window was shattered. I did not feel comfortable staying there and immediately moved to another hotel.

No amenities...not even a cup in the room. Had to use an old cup in the truck to take pills. Elevator was creaky and slow to open. Ice machine was broken. We tried to buy a couple of bottles of water but if we didnt have cash we had to spend at least $10 to swipe a card? Breakfast was poptarts and bagels but no toaster that we could find. It was cheap but I guess you get what you pay for.

This is one of the worst hotels I’ve ever been in. Sketchy area, checking in was behind bullet proof glass. Room doors wouldn’t lock, in 2 rooms and the rooms smelled bad. Do not recommend one bit. Had there been an option for less than a one, I would have. They did allow us to cancel and get a refund.
