This was a fabulous location for family! There are so many things to do within a 10 min drive and restaurants of all varieties. My grandkids (2 and 5 years old) loved the lights and decor. The house was clean and well-kept. There was plenty of off street parking. My only thing I would mention to guests with small kids or high energy kids is there is a residence below. I misunderstood that detail in the listing and thought it was a duplex. My very high energy autistic 5 year old grandson, was quiet but was running from room to room early in the morning which disturbed the people below us. We ended up leaving a day early so not to cause more disruption. We will definitely stay again (without the younger ones)

Spacious, whimsical house

We had a wonderful time staying here. You can really tell that the host has put a lot of thought into decorating the home. There is a lot of space to spread out. The beds were very comfortable. If you stay during the heat of the summer, it does get a little warm upstairs. The host provides a lot of fans which helps out with that and the main bedroom has a window air conditioner. We will definitely stay here again when we travel back to Indy!

Fabulous stay

Property was exactly as listed. Great family area with a fun light show evenings. Communication with host was quick and responsive. Property was nestled in a quiet, safe neighborhood with ample room inside and out for a party of six; including two teenage boys who thought the experience was cool. Clean and well appointed. Would highly recommend property for a stay while in Indy. Will rebook when we return.

Indy Mini Weekend

The house is unique and has a funky decor, but more than that, it can hold a group quite nicely. With three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a nice kitchen you just can’t go wrong. I would stay here again for sure.

Such a FUN older home!!

Family was in town for Mecum Auto Auction. Home close to fair grounds. Nice neighborhood, near College Ave. with plenty of nice bars, restaurants, shopping. Comfortable for a family and kids would love the all over theme of Jack Skellington. Light show is amazing. Owner was always in contact to assure tenants happiness. Don’t miss the nearby gorgeous older mansions on Meridian St. The older homes with neat porches are all well kept and a sight to see of wonderful days gone by!!

Great property!

We had an amazing stay here! The owner worked with us around some extra scheduling and even changed the thermostat remotely and started the “light show” when we got home. The property itself was perfect for us - 3 moms and girls coming for a cheer competition at the fair grounds. The only negative was that we tried to walk to the convention center since it was so close - the side streets were very sketchy. We passed a house with a knife outside it and several boarded up and collapsing properties. The street our stay was on seemed very safe though.

Definitely recommend

This place is a must! Looks exactly like the pictures. Lights look really nice! My ten year old loved it! It is close to many places. Definitely great coffee locations near by! Target, restaurants and the Toy Pit if anyone interested in Collectibles or other toys! Neighborhood is safe and very nice! We had no issues during our stay. Sunitha is a wonderful host!!! Great communication from start to end!!! She is very helpful and friendly! Definitely would recommend this location and host!

Christmoss Weekend

Fun place to stay. Unfortunately because of our busy, schedule, we missed the light show at the house . Location was perfect. My granddaughter had a cheer competition at the fairgrounds. Super close to the house Our family decided to make this our annual “Christmoss” weekend Went to Zoo lights on Friday, cheer competition Saturday afternoon, Carmel Christkindlmarket Saturday night and Chilren’s Museum on Sunday Lots of memories made Thank you Suni

Great VRBO for boys volleyball tournament at convention center

This was a great stay with plenty of room for the boys to spread out while we were in town for a volleyball tournament. Set up in the house was perfect with multiple beds for the boys to sleep in, including the one king bed for the parents that went. We loved the theme decorations. Host was more than accommodating to our needs and very responsive. Very easy to work with are only negative was the street parking we were aware of this ahead of time but getting back to the house late each night we had to walk from quite a ways down, but otherwise perfect location

Jack Experience

We are so glad we came across this listing. Our youngest loves Jack Skellington and this was the perfect surprise! Both kids loved when thelight came on and they were in aww! Communication with the owner was amazing. She responded quickly and even started the light show early for us. Would highly recommend if you are looking for an unique experience with all the comforts of your own home!

Exceptional host!

Sunitha was extremely efficient in returning emails with questions before our arrival. The house had essentials that most don’t provide (kitchen and laundry items). While we were there, communicating with her was a breeze and she was incredibly concerned about our comfort and needs. During our stay there was a 5 day heat wave. She brought over extra fans for us. She takes a lot of pride in her place. One of the best things was our departure “duties”- take out trash and turn off lights. “Cleaning is for the cleaners “ she said. How refreshing!

Indy Property Near Fairgrounds

Property Was Located Near My Objective(Fairgrounds) and Has Great Potential Considering The Neighborhood but I Was Not Expecting The On Street Parking and Remote HVAC Control. The Outside Appearance Was Lacking For A VRBO but A Good Stay Overall After A Few Bumps Where Addressed and The Host Was Very Responsive Even Though She Was Out of Town During Our Stay. IMS Was A Short Drive Away As An Added Bonus!

Great Fun Spot

Hosted the groomsmen of my wedding the night before and came across this house. Absolutely nailed both the fun side of the theme but also high quality amenities. Super awesome spot and will definitely be recommending in the future.

Scary Little Bungalow

We arrived with no trouble entering the cutest decorated house weve ever seen. Tim Burton fan. Adorably decorated in every room. Easy commute to Childrens Museum, other places of entertainment. Our hostess was very accommodating, taking care of a small problem we had. We would recommend it to anyone wanting a "Nightmare" of a vaca!

Weekend at burtons

Fun decorations and a nice neighborhood, short drive to downtown Indy and easy to navigate to/from. The property manager is very friendly and provides Excellent communication. Would recommend to any group looking for a vacation rental with a lot of personality.

Unforgettable!

The theme carried throughout the home was such a wow for all of us. This will be a trip we will never forget. The home itself has everything you need, the owner has gone out of their way to make your stay special. Beds were super comfy and clean. We would most definitely stay here again next time we visit Indianapolis.

This is the place to be! The host had the best communications I’ve ever experienced. The theme and decorations in the property where great! My kids love love loved the immersive Nightmare Before Christmas light show and theme! Will definitely recommend to anyone especially families!
