This room was different - shower with no shower curtain, window that wouldn’t close on a noisy street. Only 1 large towel although beds for three. We arrived late at night and didn’t realize until morning when we couldn’t find staff at the desk. The shuttle - we were told to call but unable to call on arrival. We messaged before but got a message back to call on arrival. We finally were able to get information staff at airport to call and then had to wait about 45 minutes. This was totally disappointing lodging and would not recommend.

Good value, friendly staff service. Room is nice, clean and quiet and comfortable. Lots of restaurants around. Shuttle van sending to the airport is nice. Staff has good English communication. Since I had problem to call for shuttle bus to pickup at the airport. I took a taxi from the airport to the hotel. Taxi drivers don’t understand English, I asked the airport taxi service organizer to write the hotel address in Korean language on a piece of paper, handed it to the taxi driver. The taxi costs $8.93 USD. I think for foreigners no speaking Korean language, just taxi from the airport.

Simple, Modest, yet efficient

I pick the hotel for its good price and proximity to airport and subway. The owner offered a shuttle from airport to hotel. Hotel is very modest, very basic but efficient and it did the job. The service was very good, even with little English. The neiborghood has plenty of restaurants and stores and its 5 min walk to subway line (though a little more$$$ because of distance to Seoul). It takes about 40 min.

This is a giod hotel for acclimating to Seoul and the rest of Korea. Slower pace. Easy ro get transit maps in multiple languages at Unseo station. Set up with T-mobey at 7-11 across the street. Rooms are basic and no frills. Shower gel is good! Doesn't dry out your skin. Some rooms have no view at all from windows. Others face a walk plaza or the street. Staff is friendly, but very limited english. Short easy walk to Unseo station. Easy access to Incheon Chinatown or any points on the west of Seoul. Comfortable place to start.

DON’T BE DECEIVED BY THE PICTURES Read the negative comments, (I didn’t) there’s a very accurate theme! This place was so bad it made me doubt Expedia a little.😬 But this blunder is all on me!! I am a budget traveler so I don’t expect luxury but I do expect honesty! 1st problem was they didn’t respond to my messages to arrange airport pick up, so I had to have the information desk call them twice, they didn’t answer the first call then I had to wait outside in 0* weather for 25min for them the come. 2nd problem: Coming off the lift I was hit in the face with the smell of smoke overpowering the hallway. 3rd problem: The room was run down and not like the pictures (the pictures are old) with broken lamps and cigarette burns on the tables, the couch was dirty but even worse the toilet seat was up and there was pee on the toilet. 4th problem: There 24hr shuttle is not 24hrs. Check out was at 12 but the last shuttle was at 11am that is not 24hr service. I have pictures of everything I have mentioned. You have been warned.

Great space and convenient to airport

We thoroughly enjoyed this hotel! Room was clean and spacious, near many restaurants and shopping. The service was excellent and they picked us up and returned us to the airport! Room had refrigerator, hot water pot and coffee packets!
