No início, tivemos um problema no quarto que nos foi oferecido. Porém, conversamos na recepção e prontamente mudaram nosso quarto. O hotel é antigo, no início o quarto tinha um cheiro forte de coisas antigas. Mas, com o passar das horas e com a janela aberta, o cheiro passou totalmente. Os quartos são bons e aconchegantes. Os atendentes são muito bons, extremamente prestativos e educados. O acesso a praia é bom e a parte externa do hotel também é boa. O hotel também conta com animais exóticos que deixam o ambiente melhor. No nosso caso, encontramos um casal de araras e vários micos passeando entre as árvores. No geral, nossa experiência foi ótima.

Não tinha numeração do quarto na porta, A cama não era confortável, o banheiro falta local para colocar a toalha na hora do banho, esqueceram de colocar papel higiênico. Foi constrangedor logo de início na recepção,estávamos com reserva marcada na data a moça queria nós barrar alegando não ter quartos vago,mais logo fomos abrigados num quarto sem privacidade ,mofado e sem ventilação, os funcionários sem capacitação de atendimento com cliente ,na verdade o que se salvou foi o café da manhã. Mais os proprietários desse estabelecimento tem que passar por um treinamento de atendimento ao cliente.

A pousada está em reforma com aspecto de falta de manutenção de pintura, móveis antigos, vazamento no Box . O café da manhã foi muito decepcionante quando comparado com as fotos publicadas. A localização era numa rua mito escura e o Uber cancelou várias chamadas.

Ficamos num quarto na primeira noite que não agradou e trocaram por um outro melhor. Havia pago a suíte executiva com varanda, que não sei exatamente qual era. O café da manhã apesar das boas opções de frutas e pães, ainda deixou um pouco a desejar. Na primeira noite houve o disparo de um alarme por umas cinco vezes, que tendo uma oportunidade mencionamos creio eu, ser o proprietário do hotel. Infelizmente ele fez questão de dizer que o alarme nada tinha a ver com o hotel.
