Alarm system, fireplace, air conditioning in all rooms except the new suite which has wall fan, new heater. 2 flat screen tvs with over 300 channels, Wi fi.
Caretaker's house with caretakers living on site, pond with carp.
Every room has a sea view!

The house is located 3 blocks from the best beach of Ilhabela (Pereque). With several restaurants, water sports, kiosks, banks, supermarkets, commerce.
