This spacious 3 bedroom villa has a kitchen, dining and living room based on the ground floor and are newly refurbished. All bedrooms are on the 1st floor of which 2 have a sea view. 2 bathrooms, one upstairs and a ground floor shower. The dining room opens out onto a garden which can be used as an alfresco dining area. It includes a garage and off road parking. Also has barbecue facilities, fire place and beautiful fruit plants surrounding the property. Njivice sits across the bay from Herceg Novi which is about a 10 minute drive and also a 5 minute drive from the famous Igalo Health Spa.

Great family vacation

We rented this house so our family of 7 could get together and have a nice seaside vacation somewhere. It was really perfect for us. Close to sea access for swimming. Plenty of groceries nearby. A wonderful restaurant just a stone’s throw away. We always felt completely safe. House was well appointed with opportunities to eat both indoors and out. AC units on both levels. Parking for two cars, not roomy parking, but there seems to be no such thing in this country. Ljiljana, the host, was very communicative and friendly, but we had zero issues that required her help.

Des vacances en famille calmes et reposantes. La maison est idéalement située dans une rue à quelques mètres de la mer. La maison est confortable, propre et bien agencée, avec son jardin ombragé et ses balcons dont la vue sur la baie est magnifique. La propriétaire est très prévenante et disponible Sans hésitation, je reviendrai.

Pleasant stay in a nice house with a beautiful view

Me and my family had a great time in montenegro . The holiday house was great with enough space for 7 persons. The house was in a small Village not far from herceg novi. The sea was at walking distance and also a nice restaurant and a small grocery store. The house owner was very friendly and helpfull. The only minor issue was the loud noise coming from the clubs at the other side of the bay every night . For the rest is was a perfect vacation.

Hochwertige Unterkunft in optimaler Lage

Wir verbrachten 14 wunderschöne Tage in dieser Unterkunft bzw. Bucht von Kotor. Ich kann mich den anderen Bewertungen hier nur anschließen - das freistehende Haus/Villa schaut in Wirklichkeit besser aus als auf den Fotos abgebildet. Das Haus ist für die örtlichen Verhältnisse hochwertig, komplett und geschmacksvoll räumlich aufgeteilt und ausgestattet. Es bietet mehrere Balkons mit der freien Aussicht zur Bucht und eine schöne Terasse im Garten. Dank optimaler Ausrichtung findet sich so immer Sonne bzw. Schatten draußen. Vor allem Sonnenaufgänge bzw. Untergänge über die Bucht sind phantastisch. Das Meer ist kaum 50 Meter vom Haus entfernt. Ein kleines Supermarkt befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft. Die Gegend ist im Gegensatz zu den anderen Ortschaften sehr ruhig, familiär und sicher. Eine eigene Garage ist vorhanden, was in Njivice aufgrund der schmalen Zufahrtsstraße und vieler Häuser und Touristen nicht unterschätzt werden sollte. Der herrliche Strand in Igalo ist mit dem Auto in 5 Min gut erreichbar. Die Hausherrin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit, spricht fließend englisch und war sowohl bei der Ankunft als auch bei der Abreise persönlich anwesend. Wir (3 Erwachsene) haben den Urlaub hier genossen und können die Unterkunft ohne Einschränkungen gerne weiterempfehlen.
