ひとり旅、一泊二日で利用しました。建物は古いですが、従業員さんたちの対応はよく、きちんと教育されている印象です。お食事も食べきれないくらい出てきます。私はお酒は飲めませんが、お酒好きな方には飲み放題は嬉しいと思います。交通の便が悪いですが、ホテルのバスもあるので、そちらを利用させていただきました。また機会があったら利用したいと思います。

雷の影響で現在部屋でWi-Fiが使えないのは非常に困ったただスタッフの皆さんは親切でとても心地が良かったし、清掃も行き届いてる上に、景色も最高だった大浴場もとても快適で、Wi-Fiが使えないのも許せるくらい素敵なホテルだったまた指宿に来た際は泊まりたい

19時に2回ホテルに電話してもつなからない。温泉の効能を浴室内部に掲示して欲しい。脱衣所の揺れる椅子は不用、長椅子を置いて欲しい。浴槽の温度は入口ではなく、それぞれの浴槽に掲示して欲しい。加湿器を置いて欲しい。テレビが小さすぎるのでは。

着いた時からチェックアウトまで、レセプションの方々がいつも感じよく素敵なホテルでした。更に、今回こちらの不注意で忘れ物をしてしまったのですが、夜中にも関わらず大変親身になって探してくださったり、見つかってからも素早く対応していただき、本当に感謝しています。他の口コミにある様に確かに古いですが、清潔で手入れは行き届いている様に見えます。部屋からの景色も良く、プールも楽しめましたし、砂風呂もとても気持ちよかったです。おすすめします！

ホテルは見た目古い感じで設備も一昔前のように感じる。しかし温泉や砂風呂も有りホテルで完結出来る。残念なのは、朝起きたらたまたまかも知れないが、有りがたくさん侵入して来ていた事が気になる。

和室で古いなぁと思いましたが、砂蒸し温泉は最高に気持ちよかったし、温泉もGood❣️3人同室だったので洗面、風呂、トイレ別々なのは良かった。朝食美味しかったのですが、鶏飯があるのが感激でしたし、美味しかったです旅の最終宿、ゆったり出来ました。外国人のスタッフも応対が良くて気持ち良く過ごせました😊

今回、息子の誕生日で、泊らせて頂きました。ホテルのレストランで、お食事を予定していたのですが、修学旅行とかさなり、残念でした。お部屋に、サイダーとバースデーカードを届けて頂きました。施設自体はかなり古いですが、スタッフの対応がとてもよかったです。近くには、スーパーがあり良かったです。ありがとうございます。

ホテル自体の印象はよく、スタッフの対応もよい。大浴場が23時で終了するので飲んで帰ってきた後に入れないのが残念。部屋は大浴場ありきの設備だからか部屋のシャワールームはいまいち。砂蒸し風呂は非常に満足。朝ご飯も美味しい。
