An unknown dimension of luxury

Definitely no luxury hotel as advertised. Hot water only in the morning. Cleanliness very questionable. Linen and pillowcase used and disgusting but after complaint have been changed. Not acceptable for Western standards. Staff friendly and helpful.

The stay was pleasant. The service was great. It was a really pleasure that the hotel was off a main road. We had a great day tour of Hyderabad, thanks to Usef, the travel agent.
