We stayed for two nights at this property, and it was undoubtedly the best of the three we’ve stayed in during our ten-day trip. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had beautiful scenic views. The heated bathroom floors were a pleasant touch. The meals for dinner and breakfast were excellent. The staff were friendly and attentive. The highlight of our stay was the wake-up call service that alerted us to the Northern Lights. The atmosphere was relaxed yet elevated. I highly recommend this property!

My favorite hotel we stayed at in Iceland! Good location if going to the glaciers. The hotel was beautiful and comfortable. Hotel restaurant was gourmet and not as expensive as other restaurants in Iceland. Sauna and hot tub as well as the gym were great.

Beautiful room, amazing service, thoughtful amenities and fantastic food… I can’t begin to share how lovely this experience was. Our first night in Iceland, our anniversary was made special from the moment we checked in. We were served a fantastic dinner with in the beautiful restaurant then enjoyed the spa and sauna before watching the northern lights from our room. Truly memorable!

The location was great for tours in glacier Lagoon. The property was very clean, kind staff, and spa area was nice. There hotel is in a remote area so the only choice for food is at the hotel restaurant- which was very good. Our shower could have been hotter but that would be our only downside.

This hotel is a lovely oasis in a remote location. The sauna was amazing and the hot tub was nice, but the howling wind made it a bit difficult to enjoy. (Not the hotel’s fault!). There is just the one hotel restaurant which serves an included breakfast as a good start to the day. Dinners were delicious but a bit pricey. The staff were helpful. The room was comfortable. The opportunity for a wake up call to see the Northern Lights was great, but, sadly, there were no sightings in our 3 night stay.

I have stayed at this hotel twice now and each time it has been a great place to stay. It is close to the Glacier Lagoon and Diamond Beach just off Highway 1 so really easy to get to. The breakfast was also very good. Only downer was the hot tubs which weren't working at the time of the visit.

Very nice hotel...beautifully designed. Breakfast buffet was an excellent start to the day especially considering how expensive it is to eat in Iceland. Staff are all very nice. Recommended hotel for sure. Close to ice cave hiking and glacier views
