A half hour from Orlando, this luxurious barn apartment is the perfect home base for your next get away. Nestled in a serene setting, this 2nd story property offers a spacious one bedroom one bath with all the essentials (and extra amenities) you desire for a comfortable stay. With Nespresso Coffee Maker, Kitchen Aid mixer, hair dryer, onsite washer and dryer, two TVs, high-speed wi-fi, and a full kitchen, dining, and bar area, guests can relax and unwind in the AC after a full day of Florida exploring. Make your getaway or holiday one to remember with this, your next luxury barn apartment experience.

For decor, this unit embraces part farmhouse, part minimalistic elegance. This is a newly completed luxury unit and a haven for self-care. From a wine barrel for the dining table base, to the antique roll-top desk, to the hidden TV behind a painting, to the Turkish cotton towels, and provided bathrobes, there are many elements of unique character and upscale charm. Views from the windows overlook goats, trees, a forest, and pastured horses, and there is a small well-decorated yard and bench seating area. It's a peaceful country retreat with yes, Hi-Speed WIFI. (Not often in the same sentence!)

Located in Lake County, this out of the way location sits on acreage and while you can see the homes of neighbors on all sides, you're not sharing a cup of sugar with 'em out the window when they're 1000 feet across the street or yard. Even so, when living in the country, neighbors look out for each other and these sure do, so safety is never an issue. Here, you'll also have the peace and quiet of rural living, with the quick access to all of Central Florida's most popular destinations. The Florida turnpike, Hwy 27 and 19, are all very easily accessible in less than ten minutes.

Just think... a little downtime where one can exhale while staying connected, complete with all the creature comforts, and a few farm animals you don't even have to feed or hear much from... but are always up for one of the treats provided (in the laundry room) or an over the fence cuddle.

The apartment was adorable. It was very clean and equipped with the necessities. The area is quiet and peaceful and a great place to relax and get away from it all. We enjoyed the goats, donkey and horses. We fed them a few times and they were all quite friendly.

This property had everything we needed and more! Clean, quiet, private, and more than adequate cooking utensils. Great Nespresso coffee maker and plenty of pods. The goats, donkey and horses added a soothing touch. Only a short distance from Mt Dora and Clermont, a couple of must visit towns. Will definitely stay again when we are in the area.

The barn apartment was perfect. A quiet getaway that’s in a great area. Being on a property with Rosy and the goats was so much fun!
