H-Town Texas Long Horns House in Walkable Montrose a Vintage Beauty!

Our three-bedroom bungalow is right in the heart of Montrose and was designed with a hip, California meets Texas vibe in mind. With mid-century furnishings and modern amenities - the flow of space makes a perfect environment for both relaxation and entertainment. This house is centrally located in one of Houston's most up-and-coming neighborhoods, Montrose/Mid-town, which boasts a wide array of cafes, restaurants, shops, and bars all walking distance!

Our house was designed with fun in mind! With vintage inspired furnishings and modern amenities.
There are three bedrooms: a king bedroom downstairs, with a large, an-suite office nook, a queen bed in the smaller upstairs room, and 2 large queen beds in the larger upstairs bedroom. Our stunning bathrooms are massive and stocked with fresh towels as well as hair and body care essentials and hairdryers. There is also a utility room with a washer and dryer available - perfect for extended stays or for those enjoying light packing.

The kitchen is supplied with every type of cooking appliance, tool, or utensil you may need for dining in or hosting a small dinner. There is a large, four chair table in the kitchen, as well as a formal dining room. And of course, there is a large drip coffee maker as well as a bar cart with wine opener, cocktail shaker and glassware.

The backyard is large, with a hip vintage picnic table and a second outdoor 6 chairs table strung lights that create a special space to soak in some sun or dine al fresco. And for that extra special spot of entertainment, there is a ping pong table on our covered patio area.

Enjoy the freshest baked goods right next door at Common Bond, or delve into the hottest restaurants, shops and bars, all within a short walking distance!

We are centrally located near Downton, the Texas Medical Center, all Sports Stadiums, Universities, Houston Galleria, Museum District, Heights area, River Oaks, and both Houston Airports. The best part of our property is its central location. You'll be close to most key destinations in Houston. Lyft/Uber are the easiest way to get around. Our location is unbeatable - enjoy the freshest baked goods right next door at Common Bond, or delve into the hottest restaurants, shops, and bars - all within a short walking distance!

Please leave all dirty dishes inside the dishwasher, and turn it on, take out your trash and recycle the trash and recycle bins are located outside by driveway.

We do ask you to please send a message on here when you have left, or leave all the front window blinds open, for us to notify the cleaning staff that you've checked out.

Great home in Montrose

This adorable house was perfectly situated within walking distance of many sites - coffee shops, restaurants, and museums. We liked how bright and airy it was - we didn't spend a lot of time hanging out there, but we nonetheless found it comfortable and relaxing.

My relatives found the house to be adorable, clean, homey, and comfortable. To my surprise, they loved the eclectic neighborhood with the many antique shops as well as the wonderful bakery around the corner. Bella, the property manager, is pleasant, approachable and available.

Groovy, well-appointed place

Great design, lots of amenities. It's right in the heart of things. Note that the nightlife around can be just a bit "un-quiet" (not necessarily rowdy), so I would bring earplugs especially for the late-night / early-morning crew cleanups going on in the surrounding blocks (dumpster noise especially) and some traffic noise on Westheimer.

Awesome hang out spot!

Had a wonderful stay at this house for a friend reunion and belated birthday. We were all impressed with the art curation, amenities, and activities! The Pac-Man machine was a friend favorite. Plenty of space to socialize, cozy comfy bedding, clean and nicely renovated restrooms. 6 stars if I could. The vibe was fantastic and the location was great for hitting the shops and restaurants on Westheimer without having the noise of traffic at night.
