had to change room after the first night -- first room I was checked into had ripped screens, apparently a broken AC because there was a floor unit that was taped into one of the windows, all the dishes were dirty as if they had only been rinsed off by the previous occupant, and the knobs on the stovetop were stripped/broken. The staff was lovely, but after four nights, was woken up at 11:30 p.m., and then 6:00 a.m. by a dog barking in one of the other rooms next to mine. asked if I could get comped a night, I was only given points. frustrating.

Horrible Service

Was denied service. Since I got upset about your front desk clerk charging my credit card 4 times. The credit card company actually called while I was in front of the clerk to ask what was going on. I have stayed at this pkace several times and never had this kind of problem. Was charged one last time and clerk stated everything went through but I was not allowed to stay. Then turned ariund and refunded my card. Why even charge my card in the first place if you are not going to let me stay after I got upset for all of her charges to my card.

This property was very outdated, the rooms are muggy and The room smelled like there was mildew and the shower was very dated. The ceiling showed there had been water damage and it was painted over.

The staff was truly kind. The room was very exquisite. I loved the walk-in shower. The mirror was very beautiful, even my grandson loved the mirror. I was very impressed. I have stayed in a few hotels and I would have to say that this one is the best so far. Thank you for making us feel comfortable, even my service dog.
