Terrible experience all the way around. The approval and check-in process through the Landing app was time-consuming and frustrating. Once my account was confirmed, it completely disappeared. We had no way of knowing who to contact. After that, communication was poor, manager nonresponsive, and the unit was not stocked with any necessities for our two night stay, like toilet paper (c’mon!), trashcan liners, soap, shampoo. The water in the kitchen was shutoff, there was a moist bathmat, a toy hairdryer that wouldn’t dry, and on and on. We checked out first thing the next morning. This is the first time in my travel experience that I have vacated a vacation rental before the end of my stay.
