If I could rate this a 0 I would. I don’t usually write reviews either good nor bad but this place is horrible. The phone didn’t work. The toilet only worked part of the time and the AC didn’t work at all. For those familiar with Houston Texas in late July knows it’s extremely hot here. I will NEVER book this hotel again. It’s not worth the money I paid for it. I think the $40 motel 6 down the road would have been better to be honest.

The lobby had no air conditioning, so was extremely warm. Two of the four elevators did not work. I booked a 2 queen bed with sofa bed suite, but was given a room with 2 doubles and no rollaway. One of my children had to sleep on the floor! The room doors were frosted glass, so allowed a lot of light and sound in. There were children running and screaming down the halls after midnight, on multiple floors. Since all the rooms surround an open lobby, all the hallways are open to the entire hotel, which means anything loud that happens on any floor can be heard by everyone. Breakfast buffet was good.

We moved to three different rooms and each one was worst than the last. There was mold on the mattress, and the tub. The beds were extremely u comfortable and we had to double up because the pull was not usable. The elevators were constantly inoperable and we were smoked out of our first room because an illegal substance permiated the room; which had an inch of dust on everything in the room. The personnel was nice but the hotel was crap.

The hotel must be an older one. It was showing its age and the bathroom was tiny. Nevertheless it was comfortable and reasonably priced. With an atrium design, we were concerned about the noise level but we were fortunate to be on a high floor (Rewards membership). That is probably important for anyone who wants quiet. The suite did put the sitting room next to the atrium exposure but that put the bedroom next to the freeway noise. So again a higher floor is important. Hotel apparently had other activities there on Saturday night and there was NO place to park in the entire lot. We finally spotted a car leaving. But a good value for the cost.

Good location

Pros: The location was perfect for my needs.
Cons: I was a little uncomfortable about the parking. Wish it had been secure or guard posted.
Location: Saltgrass and Olive Garden next door for dining options.
Hotel was a good location for what I needed. Very roomy. Very extensive breakfast buffet was included.

Older hotel but maintained well

Pros: Decent hotel for the price
Cons: The beds were too firm and there was a lot of road noise.
Location: Right along the highway.
This place got a decent review on travelocity so I was quite surprised to see this place with bad reviews on yelp. This place is clearly older but they have done a decent job keeping it up and modern. This is not a 5 star hotel by any means I think what I paid was a fair price for what we got. The room was very clean and everything worked just fine. The downsides were that there was quite a bit of road noise from the highway. The bed was way too firm for me and the neighborhood behind the hotel was a bit shady. The hotel was on top of security in the parking lot though because there was someone on duty in the parking lot, it was fenced, had cameras and also had only one way in and out after dark which I appreciated. The room has a hair dryer, microwave, mini fridge, safe, iron and board. We didn't use the pool, bar or restaurant but all seemed decent from what I could tell walking by. The coffee in the gift shop is something to be avoided. The lady had no clue how to work the machine and it wasn't good at all but that was the worst part of the experience. I did have concerns about another Yelpers claim of bed bugs. I've had some experience with bed bugs due to a shelter I worked for. These are something you don't take lightly. I inspected the creases on the mattresses (which were in covers) and didn't find any sign of bed bugs so I wouldn't actually make that claim unless you saw signs of it (they are not tiny). Our A/C worked fine

Don't believe all what's written.

On booking sites it states complimentary breakfast but if you book that way breakfast is not included. So you have to pay $11.95 for adult and $5.95 for kids.

Nice stay

Fam of 5 (all adults), 1 night, 2 queen suite. Comfortable enough for us to lay our head down for the night. Cons: bed rail stuck out, shirt from previous occupant was left on the floor (blended in with the carpet) and rust found on bathroom vent. Water is EXTREMELY HOT.
