I was double charged for my room. It was supposed to be 300, I was changed 600. When I asked the front desk clerk about it, she said I could speak to the manager on Friday (I am checking out Thursday). She also said ot would take up to 30 days for me to be refunded.

I can’t believe Expedia even offers this hotel. Do you not check out these places. I would never ever send anyone to this hotel trap. This makes me wonder if I can depend on Expedia to only offer decent hotels. This was absolutely the worst experience my family and I have ever had!!!!!!!!

Room was big, bed & pillows were comfy. Hallway carpet dirty and had stains. Elevator made a clunking sound every time we used it. Staff said they had no hand soap for the rooms, due to truck not making delivery for 2 weeks, but gave us body wash to use. Staff was friendly though.

Parking is very tight

The staff was awesome. They made accommodation for me with a room on the first floor as they website said there was room but they were overbooked. The room had this really bad smell. I bought spray but that didn't work. Because I was in town for a funeral I didn't want to complain. As I would have had to find another room so short notice.
