Amazing place!

Everything was absolutely perfect! Location was great, seemed like everything was only 10 minutes away or less. The house had everything you could possibly need for your stay. Would stay here again if we’re ever back in Hot Springs!

From check in to check out, everything was perfectly easy and explained. The condo is beautiful and extremely clean, in a quiet location, but still near to good restaurants and activities. Never had such a smooth, easy experience in the whole rental process. Great communication!

I was extremely well pleased with the accomadations. The unit was very clean and well stocked. Our host was very prompt with responding to our questions. The unit was wellstocked and the view of the lake was nice. The unit was conventienly located to downtown Hot Springs, Magic Springs and restaurants. I would definitely stay in the unit again..

Great location and views of the lake. The condo was nice but the property had construction going on and the amenities were pretty limited. The property management did not provide very good instructions upon arriving and there were no basics supplies provided as described in the property description.

Nice and Clean Condo

Condo was very clean, nicely equipped and everything worked like it should. Booking, check in and checkout was one of the simplest and straightforward we have come across. The appliances were up to date and the unit has been remodeled nicely with tile throughout. The unit is conveniently located to anything you would want to do in town. Our only suggestion would be a few more pieces of silverware - specifically spoons - so you didn’t have to wash after every meal. We would stay again without reservation.

GREAT CONDO!

We spent almost two weeks at this condo and thoroughly enjoyed it. The condo interior is updated and looks just like it was advertised. The stock of supplies was more than the minimum. Communication with the property manager was excellent for the minor things we needed. I recommend this condo highly.

Short family vacation

This property was even better than I had expected. The pictures don’t do it justice. My kids thoroughly enjoyed the bunk beds, so they didn’t have to sleep together. And I enjoyed the the 2 full bathrooms, so I didn’t have to share. 😊 It was centrally located to everything we wanted to do. The pool was great, when we didn’t have plans. And the condo had plenty of space for when we needed to be inside. Added bonus for me was the full size washer and dryer! I was able to do all of our laundry before heading home, so I didn’t have that hanging over my head. ❤️ I would love to rent here again!

Best condo we've stayed at!

This was the most accurate description and nice condo we've ever stayed at! Very impressed at the renovations to the place. Happy with everything's. BEDs were so comfortable, best sleep I've gotten on a vaca ever. Was very clean and stocked with amenities that I was not expecting!! Location was great in regards to most everything. Pool was good, though our hair had green tint from the pool chemicals. Owner quick to respond on any issue. Highly recommend this place!!
