The hotel itself was very nice. However, the parking lot was covered in ice, making it almost impossible to walk inside. They did not attempt to do anything to rid the ice or make it safe for guests to walk in or out. My 51 year old mother, who has bad knees, fell twice trying to go to the car. My two year old and my 10 year old both slipped and fell on the ice and they still didn’t do anything to make it walkable.
