Disappointed, the room smell horrible. It was so bad that I had an asthma attack, almost ended up at ER. We moved to another hotel. My husband had to pack up our things for I couldn't reenter the room. He forgot my jewelry that was in tray by coffee pot. Jewelry was the last thing on my mind breathing was. The next day realizing he left my jewelry there we went right back and it was gone and it wasn't turned in. I lost my diamond wedding set, my ear rings. The room was straighten up again after we checked out but not turned in. Will never stay there agin

Nice place to stay for the weekend. Bring your own pillows- theirs are horrible. The breakfast was vey good!

Stay was ok. Older property that needs some upgrades. None of the ice machines worked so you had to go to the front desk for ice. If employee was busy, you had to wait. The elevator room had the door cracked & a fan/or some type of machine running that looked like it could break down at any moment. Pool area could use some updating as well. They had installed a new satellite system & the tv didn’t work part of the time and had to wait until the next day for someone to fix the tv.

It was okay

Check in was easy, as was checking out. Parking is kinda tight. There is parking in the back of the hotel. Mattress needs replaced padding is worn out. The black out curtains need replaced there are holes in them. Shower curtain needs replaced starting to tear at the top near the rings. I will say it did look like some remodeling had been done so maybe the mattresses and things of that nature are on the to do list. I would stay here again just to see if things improved.

Property was alright! Room was clean and staff was friendly. However, room was a bit dirty, some stains on the sheets that were not ours, window was dirty so hard to see out of as well. Limited breakfast options and juice machine was not working either while we were there. My fiancé has celiac’s disease so she is unable to eat anything gluten, so breakfast for her was a bit difficult. Not a terrible stay at all, but not one of the best we’ve had either. Average stay for a trip. Wouldn’t be against staying here again but would prefer a different property if able.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE! They overbooked. Got us a room at their sister site. They said it was comparable to theirs. It was the nastiest place I have ever seen. Complete with a side of screaming and yelling outside our room at 2 am! AWFUL EXPERIENCE.

Outdated, need upgrades and repsirs

When we got here, they tried to move us to a different hotel on the opposite side of town. They were "over booked". We refused to move, so they gave us a room. We were here for about 1.5 hours and the power went out. It was out for over 3 hours. The rooms are okay but the rest of the hotel needs major upgrades. Juice machine was broken at breakfast. Ice machines are all broken.
