Great location
We rented 3 houses. The codes to get in the doors didn't work, they had to reset several times to get in. The magnolia house internet didn't work- but someone came out to fix it. The water bungalow had really strong mildew smell even with dehumidifier. I feel like this is an issue with people that have asthma and allergies. The remotes in the Azalea house didn't work due to dead batteries and most remotes were in drawers kind of hidden. On our last full day, the dryer caught on fire. It ruined our clothes. Everyone was thankfully not harmed and only the dryer was damaged. The owner was supposed to reset the security alarm but it didn't work and the fire alarm went off sat morning at 4:30 am- this was a false alarm. We had to contact cust service to get code to reset it, after we spoke with cops and fire department. It rained several days which made the pool very cloudy. They did come to clean it. We had a great stay even with these hiccups. I really wish they would compensate us for the clothes we lost.
