Please take my deep apologies for having fallen short of our high cleanliness standards regarding your carpet and be assured that replacing the carpets in the guest rooms is an ongoing maintenance work, I highly regret the discomfort you had to face here. Further, I am sorry for not having met your expectations regarding the level of business you experienced. Due tot he fact that we are a 557 guest room property close to the city center and the harbor is is possible that the hotel and lobby seems crowded at peak moments. indeed.
