Great square-footage space with a versatile layout, including a closet Murphy bed that makes the unit flexible. Counter space is minimal but still functional, and the knife set was surprisingly good. There’s a nice side west view between the buildings toward the ocean. A larger cutting board and a clothes drying rack for the deck (especially after beach days) would be helpful additions.The fridge exterior was quite dirty and stained on arrival, and the carpets were extremely dirty and in need of a proper deep clean. The king bed is also well worn, with noticeable body grooves on the sides and a raised lump in the middle. We cleaned and whipped down the AC unit as it was full of black mold (see photo/video) with everyone waking daily congested coughing unwell from the unit running overnight. Thus rating for cleanliness. On arrival host was responsive and offered to modify or cancel our booking once we learned that the common outdoor areas (BBQ, picnic area, playground, and pool) were closed due to construction, but we chose to stay since the location was ideal.Overall, despite a few cleanliness and maintenance issues, I would consider staying at this accommodation again in the future.
