This property is old and in need of many repairs and updates. Items are torn, broken and worn out in the rooms. It looks nothing like the photos on their site. Wish we could have stayed somewhere else.

A/C Reno-control was no in. It took about 45/50min after my call to front fest asking for the control - room was very warm! Room facilities are all very much old with wear and tears here and there. Cups/Glasses and other kitchen items looked not clean inside rather dirty drawers. No wraps covered the cup , glasses, plates and the others which I just could not feel I can used them. Beds,shower era are clean n decent. Curtain could not close to cut outside light, Door safety lunch not Good ( could not turn to the end to kick) and many Damaged wood lock area reminded me something Happened not once but some more times to try to open the door ( could not feel security ). Water Bag idea is Good !

If you don’t mind living with roaches and old, mildew and conditions. You should stay here! Otherwise don’t!

There is cockroaches. There is no pan to cook if we wanted to cook. Parking fee a day too expensive. Resorts fee expensive even we dont use it.

The shopping areas and beach are within walking distance. Don't let the property photos fool you. Our room, 1803, was like a Days Inn, or Motel 6. Outdated. Photos make rooms look bright and cheery. Room was actually dim and blah. Furniture is worn and looked like it was picked up at a second hand store. Stove was rusty and 1980's lookin old. The A/C would drain into a trash can on the balcony, which no one bothered to empty. Would run over all over the balcony. Only option was to dump over the side. Someone down below got a shower and wasn't happy. There ARE no chairs or pretty table and flowers on the balcony, and paint on walls and floor are chipped off and run down. The balcony, partial ocean view photos...? Right off the left of the photo, are tall buildings. So "partial" is a bit mis-leading. It's more, SLIVER view of the ocean. Loooong waits for the elevator. One lady at front desk was wonderful and very friendly. She should be in charge of training the rest of the staff, cause the rest seemed a bit standoffish. BUT, we didn't go to Hawaii for the hotel. The sheets were clean, and we didn't spend much time in the room. I didn't expect a Hilton Garden Inn, but good lord, update the rooms and elevator and clean the place up.
