For a Hilton the lack of staff was terrible 1 person behind the reception so qué to check in then 1 person behind the bar so long qué for drinks then to top it off 45 minute wait (after asking someone where my food was) some microwaved muck arrived instantly. Rooms a bit dated. Breakfast abismal, food missing and the parts that were there burnt (8am so prime time breakfast) tables mucky and with plates left from previous guests - only one member of staff again it seems Worst Hilton IV stayed in, I won't be back again.

Good: clean, convenient, helpful staff, comfortable mattress and good pillow Bad: aircon not working so room boiling so slept poorly. Poor food, specifically the red Thai veg curry: stale poppadom, hard bread, tepid overcooked rice, barely any vegetables but lavish quantities of sliced chillies so far too hot to eat. Staff refunded it and we finally got baked potatoes nearly two hours after sitting down.

Allgood except for breakfast. Not much food letf at 9.30am, no cups or cutlery, big queue for food, cleanliness of dining area not serviced at breakfast. Room was good. Bathroom open shower in accessible room water did not drain so floor was very wet water stayed stagnant, not hygienic.
