We love gulf place!

Excellent location and unit! Probably the best stocked unit we have ever rented at the beach! Chairs, toys, and wonderfully stocked kitchen! Excellent pool and beach access! This was our 2nd time at Gulf Place and it’s the best of the best!

Slice of happiness

Great place right on the beach! The unit was great and was exactly what we were looking for. Sunsets were so beautiful just steps from the condo. Highly recommend this palce.

Home away from home

This property amazed us at every turn. It was beautiful and kept in great condition. The kitchen was stocked with everything and anything you could possibly need and the closet full of beach chairs, umbrellas and toys was a great surprise. Our entire family loved it and the pictures don’t do it justice to the view and short walk to get onto the beach.

Well Appointed Condo

Overall, we were delighted with the property. Well appointed kitchen, comfortable beds, inviting linai on which we ate every day, delightful beach and pool. Nothing to complain about.

Great location and condo-Check In Horrendous

Got to condo at 10:30 due to flight issues during the day, was not given any 4-digit code, could not get ahold of any one, was a disaster, was sending text to Vacasa app, no one responding (next day 10 hours later someone responded), luckily after 30 mins on phone call someone in another country picked up my call and got me the door code.

Truly wonderful experience

My husband and I and our two adult daughters had a fabulous time on Ana Maria Island and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Gulf Place unit #19. From the photos I knew the condo was beautiful and we were not disappointed. This three bedroom condo was very clean, beautifully decorated, had everything we needed and more. The kitchen was well stocked, and we appreciated the beach chairs and other beach items as well as a basket of beach towels. We have been coming to Anna Maria Island for over 15 years and one thing I always look for is water pressure, good air conditioning and the condition of the pool. We were not disappointed. The bathrooms had excellent water pressure, the air conditioner kept us perfectly cool and the pool was clean and well-maintained. We had one slight issue when we arrived, the lockbox code did not work and we ended up waiting about an hour but fortunately someone came and helped us with a code that eventually worked. We definitely plan to return next year. Thank you to the owner for sharing their beautiful condo, making it possible for us to have a memorable vacation.

Comfortable condo

Overall this condo was very nice and sufficient for what we needed. With 3 bedrooms and 2 baths the 6 of us were comfortable for the week. The place was fairly clean when we got there except for the sliding glass doors. Another thing lacking was the number of potholders, dishtowels, etc. in the kitchen. We only had 1 of each. That's fine if you know in advance but that was not included in the "starter kit" list and so we thought there would be more. Even though there is a washer/dryer it's hard to do when you only have 1 of each. Could have used a few more hand towels and wash clothes as well. When you can sleep up to 8 should have sufficient amount for 8. Additionally the outdoor furniture had not been wiped off, seems like cleaning crew should do that between every stay. And the 10-digit code was not conducive to trying to remember it for the week - you had to make sure you had it with you at all times. We did love the laundry room and the stocked cabinet of beach chairs, toys, boogie boards, etc. That was a very nice touch! There were a lot of extra pillows which was great, but we could not find the pillow cases for them. Maybe we just missed seeing them. A very well stocked kitchen too - lots of glasses and plates, crockpot, blender, pots and pans, etc. One of the best stocked kitchens I've seen. Overall we had a great week of family vacation and I would recommend this place for sure.

The property itself was wonderful and perfect for families. We had a great time making memories that will stay with us forever. Although, the property management company Vacasa made a huge mistake during our stay. While my family, which includes two girls under 7, went out to dinner, they sent a man to our unit to change out our locks, unknowingly to us. No one from Vacasa bothered to send us a text message, email or even make a phone call to let us know that a man would be entering our unit. We came home our lock code wouldn’t work. Luckily we knew the lockbox code as we weren’t given the correct entry code upon arrival.My husband had noticed the lock was different on the front door as he was opening it. When stepped into our unit, we noticed that the kitchen cabinet had been opened, and there were hardware pieces from the locks on the kitchen table. We immediately knew that someone had been there without our knowledge. My two young girls were immediately terrified, thinking that someone had broken in. Since we didn’t know anything about a worker coming, my husband immediately called the police. I called Vacasa to let them know about the incident. When I spoke to the manager, she told me that she meant to call me, but got caught up doing other things. She was rude to me and had an attitude, acting as if the issue was no big deal. My girls spent the remaining nights afraid to go to sleep in their room thinking some one would be coming into the house. Incredibly disappointing.

LOCATION LOCATION!

The location and condo is fantastic. Second time staying here. This time fell short of expectations. Clogged tub, only one key, key pad didn’t work, prior guests food left in cabinet, no shower curtain, no TV working in granddaughters guest room. Kept showing up in our condo without warning to try and fix. Never happened!! I hope that Vacasa gets this figured out. We are supposed to return again for the month of January.

Excellent condo

Gulf Place Unit 19 was absolutely beautiful! It looked new inside with nice, new appliances. There were plenty of beach chairs and lots of space for all 6 of us. The communal pool was also nice and clean and we loved the beach deck at the condominium. We would definitely stay here again! The only drawback is that you still have to go up about 5 steps to get the condo, even though it is a first floor unit.

Excellent stay at this condo.

Perfect location close to the beach and restaurants. Great beaches very walkable and beautiful white sand. Condo looks newly remodeled. Comfy beds big open kitchen and great room. Pool was heated and clean.

Beautiful condo on the beach

We absolutely loved our stay at Gulf Place. Condo 19 is perfectly decorated and the attention to every detail did not go unnoticed. The condo was spacious and very clean. Nice views of the ocean from the living room and screened in porch. Easy and private access to the beach with beach chairs and umbrellas included! Looking forward to our next stay!

Ahhhh! Relax, Play and Rejuvenate

Centrally located, with beautiful view of the ocean beyond well maintained swimming pool. Sit on the screened in porch, by the pool or on the beach. All are convenient. The condo is updated, comfortable, with lovely "extras" and quality appliances. Trolly pickup conveniently located. Publix delivers! Hope to come back soon. Great memories were made while staying in this gem!

Fully stocked kitchen Exceptionally comfortable master mattress - would love to know the topper brand Excellent water pressure Beach towels were a perk Clean unit with a recent kitchen, bathroom and flooring upgrade Small things like a plethora of drying hooks are appreciated Ample games, chairs, beach toys and umbrellas Quiet easy access to pool/ beach area as well as parking lot Keyless entry would be a nice addition and I always recommend purchasing groceries before arriving on AMI. Love Beach Bums for rentals as they are always accommodating and friendly.

Beauty and Comfort

Beautiful view of the pool and ocean. Beautifully decorated home with all the comfort. So quiet and peaceful. The master bed was like sleeping on a cloud. I’m sure the other rooms have the same. The beach area was never crowded like you see looking down to other areas. Five stars!
