Nuestra casa de propiedad familiar y administrada, que admite mascotas, es moderna y está amueblada con buen gusto pero cómodamente, abastecida pensando en el turista. La casa está a solo una cuadra de la playa, justo al otro lado de la calle del parque y a un corto paseo de la vida nocturna, la galería y un pequeño mercado. A solo unas millas del centro de la ciudad de Surf City, con toneladas de restaurantes, actividades y el muelle.

We met Amy and she was great. The house and location worked wonderful for us. We stayed here with our entire family including our paraplegic sister who is in a wheelchair and the elevator was incredible for her. The house is so close to the beach you are able to walk over. Amazing!

We had a wonderful stay at your lovely beach home; we had 4 generations of our family together, age 82 to 5 months; The home was very clean and well stocked with whatever we needed; The proximity to the beach was perfect; The elevator and the handicapped beach access allowed my mother in law to enjoy our beach vacation also; Amy was very responsive with any questions I had during our stay; We definately plan to stay here again;

The house was wonderful for our teen age granddaughters, their parents and the two of us who relied on the elevator. The walk to the beach was easy and the access has no stairs. We all loved the house!!!Check in was easy and the owners were outstanding!

Wonderful family vacation!

We had a great week at Sweet Tea by the Sea! We had ten people ages 18-65. Very short walk to the beach. Beach wagon and chairs were available and we used them daily! We rented a golf cart to drive around town, but it wasn’t a necessity. Other reviews noted The Trailer Bar that is a couple doors down, but it didn’t bother us and we actually enjoyed the music! The house had everything we needed! We were all very comfortable and look forward to staying again!

Awesome house a s even better hosts!!

The house was very clean and in a great location. Plenty of room for the 8 of us who stayed. It's not on the beach but very close to a public beach access. (Maybe a 5 minute walk) Our family really enjoyed our stay over the Thanksgiving holiday. As great as the house was, the host was even better. We had a minor issue during our stay. I called Amy and left a message. I received a call back within minute and she walked me through how to resolve the problem. Our Grandson left a small stuffed animal on top of one of the bunk beds and was very upset about losing it. We called Amy and she's going to mail it back to us. We have family in the area and will definitely rent this property again!

Family Celebration of life

The place was great, clean and honey. We enjoyed the place which was convenient to where we needed to be. Only one negative:It was 2 doors down from the trailer bar which had music Friday and Saturday night. Was ok if you were inside but pretty loud if you were outside. They did stop at 11:00.. overall a great place.

This place is amazing! Larger than expected and super clean. It was our twins first beach trip and we had everything we needed. Amy was super responsive to anything we needed. Looking forward to staying again!! Fun had by all 😎

Sweet Tea Beach House Review

Pro: The house location was great for beach access especially for kids because there’s a playground on the way to the beach. The spacious living room and kitchen was nice for large family. And plenty of beds. Con: The house wasn’t very clean; showers and floors were dirty upon arrival. Dog hairs and sand on the bed that wasn’t ours that we noticed when we were checking out and had to strip the beds. There were a few too many unwanted critters in the house (mainly kitchen). The beds and pillows were uncomfortable.

Great Rental and Location

We were very pleased with our stay. The house was clean and had everything we needed. I did have a problem with the elevator (user error) and the ice machine when we got there but I contacted the owners and they came over right away, within 20 minutes. The house is in a great neighborhood and the kids loved riding their bikes and electric scooters and felt very safe. It is also a great area to walk the dogs. The walk to the beach is within a few minutes. The owners had boogie boards, beach chairs and a cart to take to the beach. The house is near the trailer bar but the only night that it was loud was Friday but the music was great! The music stops at 11:00 pm. I know there were some negative reviews about the music but honestly, it was entertainment for all of us and you cannot hear it in the house if you have the television on. I will definitely stay again! and again, and again!

Very nice!

The house was in the perfect location. It was super easy to get to the beach. House was plenty of room for 12 of us, the kitchen was well stocked. Only negative thing was the listing has one of the beds upstairs as a queen bed & we’re pretty sure it was only a full.

Great week!

We had a fabulous day in this wonderful home. The location was such a quick walk to the beach and we enjoyed the music from the nearby trailer bar and being so close to everything. We really enjoyed our time out on the front porch. The owner has really put a lot of thought into everything a family would need while there, making the packing process much easier. Any issue or question we had was met with a quick response from the owner. What a wonderful week making memories with our young adult children and the grandparents. We will definitely be back to this place!

Great Beach House and owners are Fantastic!

We planned a brief trip to our favorite location on the East Coast! Amy did a great job communicating and the property was well equipped with EVERYTHING we needed to enjoy our stay - even toothbrushes in the event we forgot ours. The owners were very accessible, accommodating, and happy to answer any questions we had promptly. GREAT JOB and thank you for an incredible short get away!!

Perfect location, beautiful views and a handicap accessible paradise!

We absolutely loved this home. It was perfect for our mid to large size family. We have older parents who have mobility issues and one was wheelchair-bound. This home was an absolute paradise. Has a wide open floor plan, so no issues for someone with a wheelchair, the elevator was a godsend. And host even recommend how to get a handicap accessible beach buggy for free. We had a one-year-old baby all the way up to elderly parents and this house was absolutely perfect. We could all sit eat and visit together in the living area and enjoyed lots of family time and memories. House has lots of extras and amenities. Location is a 1 to 2 minute walk to the beach and you can sit on front or back porch and enjoy the views and even listen to live band music at the Neighborhood Trailor bar. We noticed in one of the other reviews somebody mentioned the music was too loud. But we thought it was perfect. You could visit outside and still enjoy hearing the music, but it wasn’t too loud to talk over. And music shut down at 11pm and wasn’t even noticeable if you were inside. The house was absolutely perfect, and would definitely book it again!

Labor Day weekend

We enjoyed our weekend, the house was perfect for 2 families and 2 dogs. Everything was clean, the kitchen was well equipped, the location was perfect, with a short walk to the beach.
