Hobart Stay Away From The CBD
We stayed in Sandy Bay so we could enjoy cooking for ourselves which we did. The apartment is well set up for self catering. Shops are close and have variety. The walk into the CBD is about 30 min 2.1km, an easy walk. Next time we will stay closer to the CBD.

Comfortable, clean and great location
I stayed here with my grandma and we were both really happy with our stay. The apartment had really cute furnishings and was nice and clean and very comfortable. Great location, it is walking distance to some great restaurants like the sisterhood cafe, duchess cafe and Kirin. Natalie, the host, was very accomodating. Unfortunately the washing machine ending up breaking but Natalie was really great and organised a new one right away. She also had a book compiled of recommendations of great places to go, it was super helpful and we used it on a few occasions. The listing also mentions that the car park is a little bit tight. We hired a Toyota Rav 4 and it was fine to park there, any cars that might be bigger might have trouble manuevering it into the car space though.

Privacy poor get decent window treatments at front.Noise from people above going to toilet shocking.Buy a decent fry pan.Outdoor furniture poor state of collapse .Carport to small for first hire car so hired a smaller car.We donated decent coat hangers others so poor.No tv or radio was difficult but liked Netflix’s finally saw the Crown.Liked lots of provisions for bathroom/kitchen loved electric blankets.

Lovely cosy, quiet, homely apartment to stay in! 😊
Clean, cosy, nicely renovated. Felt like a home and instead of a Motel apartment. Lovely place!
Had everything needed and more including laudry detergent, shampoo and body wash, Netflix and Youtube. Within close vicinity to shops, the city, tourist attractions etc. Aparetment was comfortable and beautifully presented!
