the property was in great condition, our host was very friendly and easy to communicate with. My friend forgot his airpods there and we already flew out ro a different country but the host offered to send them to us and we got the air pods back. I truly appreciated your kindness and assistance. what we did not like: the building security personels (main gate entrance) was extremely rude, being disrespectful to everybody from clients to taxi driver. We noticed they yelled at almost everybody from taxi drivers to people who stayed there for the first time and not knowing where to go, front gate security not only cant speak a lick of English also cussing in Vietnamese at foreigners. Yes im fluent in Vietnamese. The fact that the security was being rude at the homeless lady and the street cleaner left such bad taste in our mouth. Our stay was 4.8/5. Security should get -10/5

BORDERLINE SCAM

DO NOT BOOK - Map indicates wrong location, and contact is a telephone number, with poor english ability. Arrive to Luxury 2 bedroom appartment (1 King size and one double bed) paid for - to an appartment wiht 1 double bed only, and offer to bring a 90cm mattress for the floor. Completely inflexible to solve situation and offer discount. CANNOT RECOMMEND , as you are forced to pay for something you do not get

분명히 해당 숙소가 벤탄시장 주변에 위치한 것을 확인한 후 예약했음. 그러나, 투숙 전날 호텔관련자로 부터 받은 주소는 벤탄시장 주변이 아닌 1군 북쪽 The MarQ로 안내됨. 2박 3일 해당 숙소는 이용했으나, 미리 계획한 동선과 스케줄이 망쳤으며, 수시로 택시를 타고 이동해야 했음.
