The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry, and granite countertops, along with all the essentials needed for preparing family meals or group breakfasts before heading out to the course. The kitchen flows into the dining area with seating for six.
The living room is comfortably furnished in a relaxed coastal style and includes a flat-screen TV and a convenient half bath. It’s a great space to unwind after a beach day or a round of golf.
The primary bedroom is located on the first floor and features a king bed, flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a granite vanity and large walk-in tiled shower.
Upstairs, two additional guest bedrooms make this villa especially well-suited for larger families or golf buddies traveling together. One guest bedroom serves as a second primary suite with a king bed, flat-screen TV, private balcony, and en-suite bathroom. Lovely Upgraded Villa, convenient location
This well appointed end villa is conveniently located near the beach. This unit included 2 hours of pickle ball daily, and access to all of the resort amenities including a community pool just steps from the back door. Plenty of parking, comfortable seating, nice kitchen, great walking/biking paths. We had a wonderful time.
