Carolina Place is a quiet residential neighborhood that comprises of about 50% permanent residents, 20% rentals and 30% second homes. The neighborhood includes a gorgeous swimming pool and hot tub (Open April 1-Sept. 30), new outdoor gas grills, sauna, steam room as well as tennis and pickleball courts for guests use. All homes are situated around 2 lagoons.Bike or drive to Sea Pine's newly updated Beach Club, Harbour Town, South Beach Marina or one of the areas many golf courses. You can also enjoy horseback riding and the petting zoo at Sea Pines' Lawton Stables. The beach is a short 15 minute scenic bike ride away as you travel alongside the lagoon, canal and nature preserve.
Greenwood Gate is a mile away, making it easy to drive or bike to the grocery stores and local restaurants. The airy feeling inside, and secluded lagoon views make this property the perfect tranquil getaway after a day spent enjoying all that Hilton Head Island has to offer.
Included supplies: Your property will come stocked with a STARTER set (you will need to buy more) of paper towels, toilet paper, dish detergent, laundry detergent, and garbage bags.
CANCELLATION POLICY To be eligible for a refund, you must cancel at minimum 60 days prior to check in. In the event you, the Guest, needs to cancel your reservation and the reservation is applicable to a refund, the funds will be sent back to the you in the same manner they were received. All cancellations are subject to a $350 administrative fee. There are no exceptions. Guests are encouraged to purchase Trip/Travel Insurance at the time of booking. This is offered through a 3rd party vendor. Beach House Boutique does not issue refunds due to acts of nature such as weather, road conditions, power outages, security, travel warnings or political unrest. *
