As you enter the bright foyer, there is a large living area that offers plenty of seating, decorative fireplace, a game table for four and door to the patio.
The dining room has a table for eight and a wet bar that overlooks the living area. The den is off of the dining room with a large bay window, two couches and flat screen TV.
Down the hallway to the right is the spacious master bedroom with a king bed, sitting area with two chairs, wall-mounted flat screen TV, and a newly renovated private bathroom with a double vanity and walk-in shower.
The second bedroom has a king bed with double window and plenty of closet space. The third bedroom has two twins. These bedrooms share the hallway bathroom that includes double vanity and tub/shower combination.
The fourth bedroom is off the kitchen with a queen size bed, TV, private bath and step-in shower. Great for grandparents or teenagers who like to sleep late!
Outside you will find a large pool, charcoal grill, table and chairs seating four. The patio to the right of the pool offers additional seating. The beach path is one house down the street, perfect for families who want to go from the pool to the beach hassle free.
