Can you feel the breeze? This first floor, easily accessible, newly listed 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort villa is the perfect home away from home. "Coral Reef Retreat" sleeps up to 6 people and has just been completely updated and professionally decorated. No expense was spared when renovating this beauty. The owners suite includes a Queen size bed, flat screen tv, and shabby chic decor. Need room to squeeze in more guests? Take advantage of the bunk beds, and queen size sleeper sofa offered for extra sleepers. The bathroom is extremely spacious and includes a tub shower combo. The kitchen has all brand new soft brown cabinetry, full sized appliances to include a dishwasher, fridge, stove/oven, and sink. The kitchen is open to a beautifully designed living room with a flat screen tv, separate dining table and slider door access to the serene marsh facing balcony. You’ll love to have coffee in the morning and listen to the wildlife. Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort is an oceanfront resort that offers 2 pools including the islands largest oceanfront pool with kiddie pool, 10 complimentary tennis courts with night lighting, a playground, fitness center, conference room, 3 onsite restaurants, and community grills.

Located mid-island you'll find that you are close to everything the island has to offer including water sports, fine dining, fishing, and of course, the beach! During the summer months, there are multiple kid-friendly activities like hair braiding, family movie night at the pool, ice cream, trivia, magic, karaoke, airbrush tattoos, and more!

The Breeze trolley service runs every 30 minutes and has a stop at the resort. It starts back up again on March 29th, 2025 and will run until around Labor Day. It is available from 1PM-10PM during the week and 1PM-11PM on Friday & Saturday.

This resort has a strict NO PETS policy. Please let us know if you are bringing a service animal! This condo is NON-SMOKING or vaping, even on the balcony.

The condo was small, but was fine for just the two of us. My husband is not a small man and so the bed was not quite big enough..but we made do. The area was very nice and since we're there at the end of October, the crowds were down and we liked that. The area had lots to offer too. Beach access was close...no crossing a road...which was great. Everyone was helpful and friendly. We were originally booked for August, but the hurricane was coming and so the owners graciously allowed us this rain check in October. We are very grateful for that generosity. Thank- you

The condo was well loved, clean and tidy however, the master bed needs to be replaced it felt like I was sleeping in a giant hole and that I was going to fall off the bed due the bed being very broken down, the bathroom floor was tile and cracked and appeared the sub floor was rotting if your a large person ya might end up in trouble! Other then that we all felt safe and had a great time!

Summer Stay

This is the second time I have stayed at this location. The amenities provide all you need for a fun filled vacation. The condo is small and if you are looking for privacy from your kids, this is not efficiency for you, but if your main goal is a family oriented, spend your days on the beach/at the pool, this is perfect for the price. Very clean, and it is definitely a huge plus that the fridge has an ice maker.

Great for young families!

This was our first time in Hilton Head and this was the best location! Everything was as described here- cute decor and everything you need to cook (no dishwasher but they left paper goods for us!). Property management checked on us several times. Check in was so quick. If you are people who need dark to sleep- bring extra black out curtains. We brought ours but it wasn't sufficient. There's a long window by the door that we couldn't figure out how to cover up and there's no door to the bedroom so the patio doors let in a lot of light.

Condo neat and clean. Very cute and cozy. Had a couple days of good weather and we had a blast at beach and pool . Rainy days were a challenge but we found some fun indoor things to do in area and we had a great time. Host was wonderful very quick to respond to my inquiries.
