We absolutely loved the condo and especially the location. The furniture was comfortable and the sunroom was a wonderful place to sit and enjoy our morning coffee. We had an issue with a toilet that kept running and called to report it. They promptly sent someone to check it out. But it wasn’t someone who could fix it. She said that they would send someone out to fix it, but never did so we just lived with it. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could need including a crock pot which was unexpected! However, a few of the dishes/mixing bowls were dirty and had to be washed before using. It was nice to have an enclosed area to store our rental bikes. And the proximity to Harbour Town made a nice ride for breakfast or watching the sunset. It would have been nice to have a pool pass, but the Sea Pines beach club is a short drive away. Though there are signs of some needed TLC upkeep (screen in the screen door is torn and loose, paint wearing thin under the picture windows) the unit was homey and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.
